Ordered drive thru at 12:45. At 1pm I finally walked in to see if they had forgotten my order. The manager and the cashier were arguing because the cashier wanted to go home. They put the money drawer up in the serving window and continued to neglect myself and a handful of other irratated customers. After finally getting out order my burger was cold and the bread was soggy. No apologies no offers to remake the food just poor customer service all around.
I will never spend my money here again. 7am in the drive-thru the woman has a major attitude taking my order. I say "Thank you", she replies "umhmm". I say "Thank you" again once I receive my food and she replies "umhmm" and slams the window in my face and walks off. She didn't even give me my receipt. Who has an attitude at 7am?
