Overall, it was a good experience. Inspection rating was 95. Should be 100. Noticed one of the leaders went out to her car to smoke. It was parked in the front of the building. Those parking spaces should be for customers. I then noticed her coming back in and started to work. She did not WASH her hands! The coffee was not out on the counter, and there was no cream.

I’ve been working here for a week 3 of the 4 mornings I’ve eaten here the door has been locked at 6:15 today at 6:20 I was told they weren’t going to open the doors and I would have to go through the drive thru normally not a problem but everyone there has a terrible attitude. Please take your business elsewhere.

Every time I go the gravy is watery. I usually go 3 to 4 times a week. But lately the service and food is lacking. I bought a Frisch melt breakfast combo today. Got home the bottom bun was hard as a brick and top was fresh. Could not eat. Hash brows were cold. I tried to call but no one ever answers phone. You need to pay more attention to food quality not times. For the prices you charge these days the food should be fresh not pulled from heat shoot and one slice bread changed out… yes I used to work in fast food. Not a happy customer here. Don’t serve your customer something you would not eat…

I have been here twice (3 weeks apart) and the steak biscuit combo says $6.99 on the menu and rings up $7.69. This is for the small version, no upsizing. I figured the first time they just didn't change the price yet but 3 weeks later it's still happening.
Horrible breakfast!!!!I went to Hardee’s this morning and the breakfast I had to throw away was awful. My food was COLD. Hash rounds were hard as a brick. So I go to my sausage biscuit (it takes a lot to mess that up). Like the hash rounds, the biscuit was hard as a brick and cold!!! I spent a little over 8 bucks on breakfast this morning and I could’ve went to chick fil a and saved a couple of dollars. Bonus: my food would’ve been hot and I would’ve spent less time in the drive thru there as well. Never again will I go!

Only lacked the warmth of another star...it's cold outside...Service was excellent...And the loaded omelet biscuit albeit was crumbly...omelet was held together quite kindly by the cheese...A good bye or have a nice day would be good, but I understand the circumstances under which y'all are working hard...
The service here was very slow but the food was good.

Extremely poor customer skills. Smoking when we drove up and looked like we inconvenienced them. No greeting inside at all and almost rude. Next customers treated same way.
