We visited Christine's German Bake Shop on Saturday after driving by and feeling enticed. I'm not sure how this bake shop wound up in rural north Alabama, but Christine's is the real deal!Open only Wednesday - Saturday during the day, Christine serves up mostly baked goods. She does also offer some soups as well as wurst and currywurst! Great little out of the way place! Owner is just as sweet as the goodies she bakes! We both tried a different sandwich and desert and we'll be back for More!!Love the food here ? and the atmosphere!Highly recommend this Gem ??
