We moved to the area in late summer. We have been delighted to find a tasty, afforable Mexican restaurant nearby in Somerville. We have tried several entrees and they have all been good. Friendly staff also.
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but quesabirria tacos in Western Maryland are basically a religious experience. Forget 5-star dining—these cheesy, crispy, juicy pockets of heaven just converted me into a full-time taco evangelist. 🙌

El Maya absolutely saved the day today! We had a different restaurant cancel our reservation last minute for our sons 16th surprise birthday dinner, called these guys and they didn’t hesitate to take our reservation, super friendly when we arrived, combined tables to accommodate our large party, and even offered tape for our balloons. The food was amazing, staff was great all around. I can’t recommend them enough. Definitely check them out. Great customer service.
