Highly pissed off. They have a pothole that could swallow a small car. It was raining and I didn’t see it right in front of the building just past the drive through. I hit the hole and it damaged my vehicle. I drive a very high lifted truck if that tells you how big the hole is. People from the area say it’s been there for years. Corporate won’t return my call, so I’m considering getting a lawyer for damages. I will never go back.

I've been in Alabama only 8 months and was in the area and thought I would give this restaurant a try. I had the Jack's double wore the fries are awesome just like the burger. The lady who helped was wonderful and polite. She should get a raise!! When in the area I will visit for sure

they are a very clean and positive team. my food was hot and fast, made fresh. I didn't have to wait long and everything came out perfect down to the sauces. it's the best jacks in Alabama in my opinion.
