When ordering online for counter pick up, half the time the lobby is closed, so you sit in line behind 6 or 7 cars to pick up your now cold food. If counter pick up is not available they should turn the option off so customers know what they are getting into.
Abusive treatment of customers. This was my sisters experience this morning, 10-22-22. Unacceptable.
Never open on time. If you want breakfast go to a different one than Southside or it will be at least 1 hour after the time they are supposed to open

Burger King offers a mixed experience according to recent diners. Some found the food disappointing, like the overcooked Big Fish sandwich with cold fries.
