The young girl who waited on me was fabulous!! I understand working for the public can be horrible,but she just did a wonderful job yesterday. She treated every customer with the same wonderful happy greeting and fantastic smile. McDonald's needs to give this young lady a raise. Best wishes from your customer

Very busy location inside the grub mart convenient store in Southside. But they are very fast and service is solid for McDonald's.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)

We live probably 7 miles from the McDonald's. We eat there 3 to 4 times a week or more. They never get my food right. Breakfast I always get sausage biscuit with egg, 9out of 10 times it has cheese. And I cannot have cheese! I order big mac no cheese and I will get cheese every time. I will call up there and all I get is I am sorry. We are an elderly couple just wanting or food right. I have started cchecking it before we leave only to have to pull up and wait one morning 25 minutes to get it right. I love the people there they are all friendly but come on how hard is it to get it right the first time.

No one ever gets our order right half the time. I order the same thing, and it is never right. I get the #5 x2- 2 extra 10 pieces - fries come with the meal - and drinks come with the meal, and we never ever get our fries, or we get the fries and only 1 #5. It is really not that hard to do. The workers are going to have to start checking the screen and bags to make sure customers get what they pay for. 30$ for 2- 10 pieces and 2 drinks. And y'all want 15$ an hour and can't even get that right. Y'all owe me. Jeesh. This is ridiculous

The food was great I had to wait a little bit on just some chicken nuggets and a double cheeseburger but other than that the attendant at window number one was very attentive and informative.Kid-friendliness: I would say this place used to be very kid friendly but seeing as they're taking out all the play equipment and making them Cafe style the kids still like the food but they have no option to play.
