Only complaint is it's too far for me to drive to so I only stop when I'm in the area but the service here is great, the food is always hot. Unlike the 2 by my house. Maybe they should send the manager over to retrain 12th st and rainbow Dr.
I placed a mobile order and I put my deal code in and somehow I had the items in the deal added twice and I had accidentally paid for it before arriving. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me by refunding what I had accidentally paid for. I would recommend this location for sure.
We love McDonald’s in Southside the whole morning crew is amazing so fast friendly and we just love them all but to name a few…Jess, Skyler,Jenn and the guy at the register don’t know his name but they r amazing!! The food came out fast and hot and they were very busy, and the food was delish!! Also the grinch was there today!! 12/13/25
