Beef 'O' Brady's

This visit to beef O’Brady’s was disappointing. Now I’ve been in this industry for over 35 years and I can tell you this, whenever someone orders nachos I expect them to have melted cheese on them. I don’t like liquid cheese, never have, and I asked the server if I could have just the jack cheese that they said was on it so I’m assuming it’s melted, wrong. It had melted cheddar cheese, but I asked for that on the side assuming I was getting the jack cheese melted on it. Well, apparently the spicy jack cheese was sprinkled on top and it looked like Parmesan and no cheese melted inside. So I decided to box it up and make proper nachos at home. My husband ordered cheese sticks and omg the marinara was cold like it had just come out of the fridge and the cheese sticks weren’t even hot just like warm. I had to hard pass on it too! The beer was nice and cold! I usually love Beef o Brady’s but that ruined it for me!!

Menu online shows a 3 for $10.99 special so we came to get that. Waitress said they don't offer that special and I asked why and she had no reason so we got up and walked out. I called the manager the next day and he had an attitude and said because they're a franchise they don't have to carry that special. What a joke. Will not return here.

It was quite splendid indeed, I got the tacos (I forgot the rest of their name) they were sooooooooooooooo delicious and different than any other taco, at least ones that I’ve had in recent years

Staff is very attentive and friendly. Menu has lots of options, Plenty of tvs for watching your favorite team. Parking lot is small. Be aware they charge for sauces on “specials” without any mention on the menu or by staff. They do not ask, “ Do you want sauce?’ they say “ranch or blue cheese.” It’s a subtle difference and a small fee, but not good business.

Everything we have tried has been good. Wing sauces could be improved for people that like it hot. Service is been good.

The service was pretty good. Out server started out ok, she took our order and my friend didn’t get her salad the way she had asked for it. In fact we barely saw our server and another lady, I think the bartender took over. The bartender was better than the server, the only thing that o didn’t like was when the bartender saw my friend picking out the tomatoes out of her salad she should have insisted taking it back instead my friend picked these tiny little tomatoes out of her salad. I say this because the bartender offered to take the salad back but you could tell she didn’t really want to. I have been in this industry for over 30 years and I can tell you that if I saw somebody was unhappy I was right there to make sure that they got exactly what they wanted and I don’t care if they were like no, don’t worry about it or no don’t bother, I still did it. My Cuban was good but there were burnt places in the bread. My husband got a buffalo chicken sandwich and he liked it. The bartender was very attentive though so we were satisfied!!

Waited at the door and wasn't acknowledged. Expensive for the portion size. I $15-20 for burger is too much.

I’ve been to Beef ‘O’ Brady’s a lot in the past by myself, last time was around 10 years ago. Raved about how good they were to my wife so we decided to swing in, Well since then I’m guessing ALOT has changed (food-wise) and not for the better. Will not be back. Ever. The service was fantastic, food was not. Wouldn’t recommend anymore.

We used to love going to Beef’s, but recently the food has become TERRIBLE!! On top of that, the manager refused to honor the cost for the Specials they had listed on their menus and made me pay full price after we had eaten. I would not recommend eating there.

We love Beefs. Me and my husband go here often and never have bad service. We sit at the bar and love all their bartenders! Would recommend giving them a try if you haven’t!

Steaks (ribeye) were absolutely awful. No color or flavor. Asked for med rare, came out rare. Looks like the streaks were either partly frozen or still very cold when they started to cook them. Eventually asked for a sirloin instead and that also came out with zero flavor. Ordered wings as an appetizer, mistake. The whole place is way over priced for the crap food they deliver.

As far as drinks, just order a beer. That can’t mess that up. The mixed drinks were terrible. The “mojito” was some local concoction that had no resemblance to an actual mojito. A friend order a margarita and pretty sure it was just lemonade.

The waitress was very nice though.

And to make things even worse, they were playing Happy Gilmore 2 on Netflix with the sound coming over the speakers. That was great to listen to while trying to converse with my friends. Loud dialogue on randomness.

Would not return nor ever recommend this place to my worst enemy.
