After two visits to the Dpanish fort location, my food both times was very disappointing. My first visit i ordered the nugget meal and my nuggets were so tough and hard it was difficult to chew them. I did eat them thinking it was a fluke. But then the second time happens! I ordered a grilled wrap meal and did NOT get what I ordered. Instead of a wrap I was given a side salad. Wrong dressing I ordered. Upon arriving home and seeing I didnt receive my food, I called and was told 'oh yes we saw that earlier and said there were no wraps left' (not to me). I wa just given the salad instead. And charged for the wrap meal. Two times in row is too many- looks like it will be a while before we ever go back. Its sad and disappointing.

My family was having an extremely stressful day, and what could have been a negative experience completely changed because of him. From the moment we interacted with Chase, his calm attitude, patience, and genuine kindness stood out. He took the time to make sure our order was correct, checked on us multiple times, and treated us with a level of care that felt far beyond his job description. In a moment when my family really needed compassion and understanding, Chase provided exactly that. It may seem small, but his actions made a real impact on us, and in many ways, he ‘saved the day’ for my family. Employees like Chase are the reason Chick-fil-A has such a strong reputation, and he deserves recognition for the heart he puts into his work.

Chick-fil-A is always a win for our family. My 14-year-old daughter has me stop here regularly for her favorites—chicken nuggets and a lemonade—and they’re consistently fresh and delicious every single time.
I usually go with the chicken sandwich deluxe, and it never disappoints. Great flavor, perfectly cooked chicken, and always made right. Add in the fast, friendly service and clean restaurant, and it’s easy to see why Chick-fil-A sets the standard.
