Might be the worst Chick-fil-A customer service experience I’ve ever had… Drive-through employees too busy chatting with themselves and not actually helping with anything or any customers… Literally never even made eye contact. The one guy running food is running it out of order and you’re held hostage in this line while people behind you that ordered after you get their food… Terrible organization the management has no control of this operation.The parking lot layout is misleading and confusing and dumps you at the drive-through window and if you’re not careful, you never actually made it to the ordering kiosk.Food - do you like cold eggs and a poorly assembled burrito? Then this is for you! For a place with about 4 items on the menu, you’d think they can keep things at temp when served.Not that I’m a huge fan of the fake politeness, but none of their iconic sayings were heard in any part of the experience. You would’ve thought they were not only inconvenienced, but you were at Taco Bell at 1 AM.

It is with disbelief that Our family and Revived Mbc congregation(18 customers, including our children) were visiting your location in Spanish Fort, Alabama(01796),when we were told to take our service animal and leave! When asked by numerous of other customers what is the issue or problem in a respectful way, the manager(Arie) began raising her voice and telling us "all of yall N****** need to leave with your anxieties, issues, and tricks!" This young lady of management, (Arie) continued with her racial slurs and did not exhibit core values of CHIC FILA or even morals as human being. She refused the rest of our orders, told us to leave her store, called for her boys on the Chic fila staff that stood at the register in a prejudicial manner and called the Spanish Fort PD on all of us as we proceeded to leave. She showed herself to be very insensitive to our children that have needs as well. Bullying customers by being verbally and physically aggressive and also using authority is a violation. This should never, I repeat be tolerated in ANY Chic-Fila or ANY PLACE!
I game the restaurant three stars because although the food is great, atmosphere is fine and the service is good. I always feel as though it takes away from the human interaction experience when Chick-fil-A decide to make everything about the drive-thru. I remember when chick-fil-A was a family friendly oriented place and it's really turned into the bottom dollar bottom line with a smile type atmosphere. And because I'm older, I have seen the change versus the way people view it now and you see it as it is. It's a little disheartening because I just see things differently. I remember a time when Chick-fil-A was a restaurant that you could go to and have a meal and fell upscale and belt. Okay. You were doing something with your family. That was a little extra nice when it comes to a fast food/ upscale meal arena. But that is no longer the case as I said. And that goes for not just this particular restaurant. But all of the Chick-fil-A restaurants that have designed and redesign and the design experience which basically creates a bullpen around the actual restaurant and it makes it harder for you to want to go inside and experience. The atmosphere of what it's like the sit inside of the chick-fil-A.
