I don’t usually write reviews but Aiden made my visit to Cracker Barrel truly special. He wasn’t just serving a table he was genuinely kind present and caring in a way that touched my soul. His warmth and compassion made me feel seen and welcomed and that connection meant more than the meal itself. People like Aiden are what make Cracker Barrel feel like home.

Elaine was polite, friendly, considerately patient while we contemplated our order.
She checked back with us several times to make see if we needed anything else and if our meals were to our liking.

This cracker barrel is the best I’ve been to! Our server Jessica was an absolute doll and was very caring, compassionate, and attentive. I’ll always come back to this cracker barrel just to be served by here. Not to mention the food was fantastic. 5/5 for this location!

We visited for breakfast on 11-15. The entire staff was superb, friendly, prompt, and cheerful. The food was great and delivered quickly. Aaron, our server, was outstanding. Clearly this location is dedicated to customer service excellence.
Update: Second visit today, and all was still outstanding. Very busy but prompt and careful service. Chris, our server, was fantastic. Thank you!

When we travel we stop at Cracker Barrel a good bit. This was the first time st this one and it was one of the better ones we have been to. Service was prompt and food served quickly and hot.

It’s been awhile since our family has been to Cracker Barrel. However, I’m glad we went and had Alden serve us. She was absolutely amazing, fun, energetic, and cared for our family, throughout the entire meal. Because of her, we will be coming back weekly!

Randy was an awesome young man, took our order right away food came out hot fresh and fast. Randy even cleared our dishes without me having to ask. very attentive young men man and I will request him every time I came in. Really appreciated the manager stopping by to check on us as well should have gotten a pic before but as you can see food was so good!
