We had breakfast. Grits were excellent but the rest was just so so. Gravy was terrible and the maple syrup they serve is now 50% sugar! However the place was pretty clean and service was good. Unfortunately I probably won't be back unless nothing else is available...

Tanika was one of the worst servers I have ever had in my life at any restaurant I have ever been to had an attitude about everything we asked for I will never return to this location she was very rude while ordering

I ordered the hashbrown and bacon casarol breakfast, it was not good. The amount of cheese was disgusting....about 5oz compared to 3oz of hashbrowns, the person that took the order spoke so fast I thought they said 818 pick up but they said 8am....so my food was cold.
Slow service. Ordered two salads and it was slow. The iced tea tasted day or more old sent back for water wife sent back and ss[it tasted the same. The place has just gone downhill in the past year.Parking: ok

We have always been treated well here and the quality of the food has always been really good in including this time.
My wife, kids, and I went to Cracker Barrel on a beautiful Saturday yesterday , and when we got there we were seated immediately. Well after we got seated there wasn’t a waiter or waitress at our table for 15 minutes, meanwhile everyone is getting seated in our section and they were having waitresses come over in 30 seconds or less. Wife, kids, and I were all hungry so after 15 or more minutes my wife had to get up and ask one of the host why is it taking so long for a server to come to our table meanwhile everyone else that came in after us is already getting food. After the wife came back, many waitresses were poking there head out the kitchen looking dead at our table which frustrated even more. So cut things short, a host, that greets and sits people at a table when they come in, had to end up being our server. I always have a bad experience when I come to this Cracker Barrel and being a black man with a diverse family this experience did it for me. I will no longer be going to this Cracker Barrel.
