Double D's Burger

I've been following the page for some time now and finally got to go. We were very happy and will definitely be back.

This was our first time ever stopping and so glad we did. We left Orange beach and was so hungry and didn’t know where to eat. Goggle pulled Double Ds Burger up first and we said what is this ? Pictures do not do any justice the FOOD WAS AMAZING !! You guys was so busy and I saw kids in baseball uniforms and looked like two birthday parties . You guys was awesome and the boy taking orders did great .

This was my first time eating at Double D’s and we will definitely be returning! The Burgers were great and just what I was looking for! Pricing was good. The atmosphere was better. The margarita was the best and the service was fast, friendly and welcoming!

Definitely a must go to, we are new to the area, we don't eat at you favorite fast food places we look for homemade food type places, this place was so chic it's a storage container type style place, food was amazing, had the brisket nachos, hot dog & fries for the kid, oh wait they have a jump house for the kids, heaters lots of seating top deck too, the Sunday bowl pre game was on a big ole screen! they have ice cream and candy! owners very sweet friendly kids are involved with helping mom and pops! love it go check em out!

11/4/24: Had to remove a star; came by for a 2nd time. On google they opened at 11am, i arrived 11:55 am. Lights are on, a case of buns on the counter but no one was there. Rang doorbell twice and still no one showed. So disappointed.
I promised i would make a review and Double D did NOT disappoint!! Omg the burgers were so good. Fries perfectly seasoned. And the lady at the counter was so amazing! I highly recommend it!!!

Kid-friendliness: There is a playground and they were set up with water toys for the kids. I love it!

We ordered lunch here after continuously hearing good things. We got the Cowboy Double Burger and Double Bacon Egg Burger, as well an order of Garlic Parmesan Fries. Both burgers were massive, we were not expecting such large burgers for smash burgers. The burgers were some of the best in Baldwin, 10/10. The bacon was flavorful and the runny egg made the bacon egg burger even better. The onion rings complimented the barbecue sauce well on the cowboy burger. These are definitely my style of burger, with good caramelization of the patty and lots of meat-to-bun ratio. The side fries are hand cut fries that were seasoned well. The garlic parm fries were kind of mixed for me, because they had so much garlic they tasted more like an Asian dish than fries; I will definitely try the cheese fries next time. Overall the burgers were fantastic and you could tell they were made with love.

Honestly the food was fine it was good but having been twice now it says family owned but its her and her three kids that work there and both times her kids look miserable having to work she blatantly insulted her son in front of my fiancé and I while he was taking our order and its overly priced for ballpark style food. $42 for a burger,hotdog, and two fries with a lemonade and gatorade.

A fresh and quality experience for dining. The family owned business is a must visit if you are looking for good food and hospitable workers. The passion and love they have built into the establishment is unmatched. 10/10 I can't wait to go again <3

This was the best dinning experience I have had on the whole Gulf Coast! The beach vibes, fantastic food and the absolute best customer service! The burgers are packed with flavor and so fresh! You can tell it’s made fresh with each order. The wait time was not long at all. My son enjoyed playing all the games and he is already begging to go back! 10/10!

Went for the first time and I will be going back. The actual double D’s area was nice with large sized game like connect four and checkers. The area is dog friendly, I’m just not to keen about eating around animals. But overall nice open outside space. The young lady who took my order was very polite and informative, also gave me a free sample which was tasty as well. For about 12-14 bucks for a nice size well cooked burger plus fries I can’t complain, and took a food nap afterwards ??
