Took my grandkids here for lunch before going to a movie. My youngest grandson kept telling me,... mmmmm, this is so good. This is so good.. lol

A little overpriced. Food was great. One gripe is that there is nowhere to leave the restaurant unless you want to wait on drive-thru traffic.

When I go to Freddy’s ! I get 3 kids meals sometimes 1 . These are for my grandchildren . Which I get the meal / meals before going to my one daughter’s house . So I do not have to get them out of the house . While I am watching them . I have been noticing that they are charging me for adult meals . My tint is a little darker on my car so when I do take them with me 1 or all 3 they probably can’t see in my car . That I have my grandchild / grandchildren . I am not trying to get over on the restaurant by getting kids meals . Just think it’s petty they thinking I would . Just a grandparent trying to get a kids meal . Either way you are still selling food . Quit being a kiddy meal detective .

The most friendliest the cleanest place I have been to yet in Alabama I just recently moved here from Chicago Illinois.... Great teamwork everyone has kept herself busy fast service friendly attitudes most amazing place... Most definitely a place that I will be continuing to come to and bringing family and friends as well

We got 2 turtle sundaes that had way too much hot fudge. It was like it was hardly any ice cream, just a bunch of fudge. We had a hard time eating this. We asked for bananas on both and did not get any. I’ve been eating turtle sundaes for years and NEVER had an issue with the fudge at other locations but the first time I get one at this location, it’s awful. I’ll continue to go to Saraland from now on. FYI: the picture I’ve attached is after I ate my sundae. Imagine the fudge that has been already consumed. Both of our sundae’s had an unnecessary amount of fudge

Place is nasty with an 89 food score. Tons of people standing around doing nothing but playing with their hair but can't pass a concrete out the window. Won't be back.

Wish we have one in Oxnard, CA, instead of visiting once a year while I'm visiting my old hometown.

The ice cream and the "Concrete" (ice cream with mix ins) is very good and high quality. The Burgers are good, but overpriced in my opinion.

food was great, and the service was awesome. I would definitely like to come back and try again. My only dislike was that there were a few tables that were dirty and the floor was sticky. We got our table wiped off when we asked quickly. I also understand that they might've been short staffed that day, especially since they looked super busy. the chili cheese fries and milkshakes were to die for. I can't wait to come again
