Ordered two 30 pk sandwiches for a party. Order was ready on time and employee was friendly. However, very disappointed in the sandwiches after spending $150. Bread was hard and sandwiches were so small.
This jimmy johns location’s motto should be be “freaky slow.”
I was so excited to try this place but was so let down. Bread was hard and cold. All the meat was frozen on the sandwich. The employees were friendly but I was not impressed at all with my sandwich.
I went there today around 11 AM and the place was locked. Are they still in business?
I eat here quite often since I work in the shopping center. I always have pretty good experiences but today I watched the guy take my order, take my money, make my food and then proceed to take the next persons order and make her food all without changing his gloves. I wish I had spoken up to say something but I honestly was just stunned. Please educate your employees on health safety while working with food. I am not in any way a germaphobe but that was honestly shocking to see.
The restaurant was clean. l I was sitting there eating I saw a little bit of work being done and a lot of time sitting around on cell phones. I came in to order a sandwich one person (black hair, glasses and 2 braided ponytails) was making a mobile order and the other girl seemed to be watching. She did not offer to take my order. She just asked me if I had a mobile order I said no. I thought she didn't hear me. Another young lady walked in to talk about fundraising opportunities and I'm still standing there waiting to have my order taken. Finally I went next door to pick up my mobile order from Starbucks and came back. I walked in the person who was making food previously took my order, I ordered a turkey Tom add pickles, cucumbers and onions. She confirms if I wanted all the ingredients plus the additions, including lettuce tomato and mayo, I said yes. The other person working (tan, black hair, red visor) who made my order did not put mayonnaise on my sandwich. I asked where is the mayonnaise, they just pointed over there. She was sitting there at the table in the dining room area on her cell phone. I come here when I am having a sad day because the sandwiches are usually consistent no matter which location I go to. Not today.

I don't care how low the reviews are, I have never had Jimmy Johns before. I have ordered food twice from this establishment and I love it! Foods great. Pricing is very reasonable. Quality meats and great bbq chips. Zero complaints. I almost looked at reviews before purchasing food here and I am glad I made my own decision to try it!
Update: Have ordered food several times from this establishment and always been a 5 star!

I placed a mobile order and when I arrived 15 minutes later to pick up the order, the store was empty except for the two employees with their headphones in sitting at one of the tables. I had to go up to them and wave my hand in their faces to get their attention and tell them I had a mobile order. One of the girls got up and took 18 minutes to make one sandwich and then tried to charge me for it like I hadn't paid through the app. I love Jimmy John's but I will never be returning to this location.

I been sick to my stomach all night, I got dark lettuce, old onions and I even gave them a tip thinking I get a fresh sandwich like you guys advertise, it’s a shame they have such poor quality. They could really hurt someone. Just have sense to not add veggies if they look gross to you, or shop more. The JJ back in Texas should give them a course in how to set some standards. I hardly ever take the time for a bad review and of course all we get is an automated response apology. I hope someone reads this and address it.
Never an employee at the register, order is not ready when an online order is place! Maybe that’s why is empty!
