Very disappointed in this steak house. I have not eaten here i honestly got my steak houses mixed up. But while here I spent 30 dollars on a filet with mashed potatos and another 14 on a chicken breast over rice.
The filet was ridiculous. It was over cooked. Like a charred hockey puck. It did not seem to be a fresh steak more like a frozen one from the dollar tree. Very dry. And chewy. I've never had a chewy filet before. My wife ordered it medium well and it came out well done × 3. The potatoes are instant potatoes not flavored at all.
The chicken. Only reason this post got a 2 star and not a one
The chicken was good. Really juicy. Very nice flavor. The rice under it was undercooked but flavored well. The potatoes i got as a side again instant and flavorless.
Would highly recommend going to long horns or even the hibachi place next to logans. You will get an amazing streak, especially a filet, and better chicken.

I never leave reviews. But in today's world it's rough out here and these places are not reasonable to eat at anymore. If you are going to charge 30 dollars for a steak please do better on your steak

Order grilled shrimp looked like they just microwaved them. Slow service for there only being maybe 5 other tables. Staff just standing around not doing anything. Bathroom was just nasty. Our app never arrived. Just all around terrible experience!

We got there right before closing. The staff was friendly but with the glares we got walking in we saw they were ready to shut it down. Food was good (as usual) for the most part. IOne of my sides was lukewarm. I probably won’t run in here though at the 9th hour again.

The food is usually pretty good, but the last time we went, Our service was lacking. After ordering, our fish was so undercooked. We asked to have it re-cooked and the server took it away. We had to keep asking every 10 mins how long it would take. 40 mins later it was still not ready so we canceled the order and left. They were not busy at all, at the time either.

I was excited to see Logan’s, since they closed ours down back home. But, I was even more excited to hear they have cinnamon rolls! That is until I got the “fresh baked” pan of rolls and our 2 cups of icing back to our hotel room. They were not even close to being done and the icing was cloudy sugar water! I am beyond disappointed! The fact that they even decided to let this bull come out of their kitchen is beyond comprehension! We enjoyed the rest of our food though and our waitress was super nice. We even tipped well, so I don’t know why they did us so dirty with the cinnamon rolls! And Yes! I’m pressed about it!!

First our host walked so fast that we lost him..second our server was super slow and it took 5 min after we were sat to even get our drink order, then another 5 min to get our drinks, the steak looked great but had absolutely NO flavor. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting..I couldn't even use them.. I told my server about the restroom she didn't seem to care and got an attitude when I told her..30 min later I went to use the restroom thinking it was cleaned up and had toilet paper by now..nope! I again told another employee about the restroom. I don't believe I will visit this location again.

We had an AWESOME waitress (Lilly) and she was so sweet to us! We had just moved to Excel and we went out to eat there as a "getaway from unpacking" at our home. So Logan's was our "treat!" Their food is the BEST👍👍👍!!

I ordered delivery for my husband who was staying at a hotel nearby (he drives a semi so just loading up and finding a place to park is a pain). He was missing a few things from his order so I called and spoke with the manager who was very polite and offered to drive the items to my husbands hotel himself. I can't speak for the atmosphere of the location but I was very pleased with the willingness to get my husband his items!
10/10 customer service for sure!

I must say this was by far the worst steak that I have ever had the mashed potatoes were straight out of the box and it was just not good do not waste your time Golden Corral has a better steak! It was a toss up between Cracker Barrel and Logan's wish I went to Cracker
