Logan's Roadhouse

After a long day of working in yard, skipping lunch, Dad convinced me to have a steak dinner with him. His first choice is Logans. He's been a frequent diner of over 20 years. We were greeted by the host with a smile and pleasant attitude. Seated in the bar area where able to discuss baseball and softball that was airing on the good size TVs. Emily has impressive skills, talked to my dad loudly, clearly, and calmly. All that he needed to be accommodated. Emily's service skills were proper with vast knowledge of the menu. The rolls were delicious but only had the one basket to save room for the steaks. The NY strips were prepared perfectly, fulfilling size for our appetite. I had Mashed potatoes which had good flavor but not at the temperature I had wanted, nor were the green beans. We will be back and definitely recommend Emily to be your server.

Our waiter was on point.

I’m about 100% sure our ribeyes got downsized to sirloins, so we got robbed. All the food tasted pathetic. No flavor on anything. Service was okayish

I have been coming here for years. My family likes the value, the fact that there’s rarely a wait, and the food is good.

I like getting a steak for less than most places.

Tonight we were waited on by Carly, a young lady who kept our drinks full and made sure out orders were correct.

I ALWAYS appreciate good service but particularly here in the Deep South where it can be spotty.

But not at this restaurant. The manager comes around to check on you every time you eat here. Last time someone had an issue with a side and they gave it to us for free.

THAT is how you do customer service.

Server should have been more attentive. But was a young gentleman and was more focused on a party of about 8 people. Service started off good but declined. Didn't get my beverage until I nearly finished with the meal. And that was the first time he came back to check on me after food was brought to me.

Got our food before the salads came.🙄 The food was not good, tea looked like water with a hint of tea in it and tasted really funny. As a side, i ordered loaded mashed potatoes and got instant potatoes with cheese and bacon, and it was a $1.50 more.🙄 My other side was some kind of cheesy rice, and it tasted like soured milk...just nasty. The rolls were the only thing that was good. I won't ever darken the door of a Logans again.

It is a decent Logan’s Roadhouse. We ate here last in early May 2025 on a Thursday night. We were seated quickly, and order was taken with ease. Meal arrived quickly and was appropriate for price we paid. The rolls were the bomb! Will go again.

Hunter was our server and he was FANTASTIC! I haven’t been to Logan’s in a very long time and he made our entire stay amazing. Very sweet and had a charming personality! Made sure everything good and that we had everything we needed!
Food was amazing and nice and hot, so much we couldn’t eat it all😂

Lousy food, some of the worst restaurant food available!

I realize it was 7:45 and they close at 9.
I can't go back because it was that bad. I've never been served soggy onion rings before. The whole meal was just bad, cold, and unedible. We left at 8:45 and the door was locked, we had to be let out.

This place is a dump and should be condemned immediately. Stopped in for lunch and it was obvious we were there at shift change as all the serving staff was gathered by the hot pass, talking and joking. We were seated and it took several minutes for anyone to come take our order. The restaurant is DIRTY and had buckets on the floor from the roof leaking, it hadn't rained in several days; The buckets couldve been picked up but they were still there. There were numerous light bulbs burned out and the place was worn and not maintained very well, almost looks like they are months from closing and just don't care about it anymore. I visited the restroom and one of the urinals was out of order and looks to have been that way for months. I can't even begin to describe the stench from sewer gas in the bathroom it was so bad! The floors in the dining room are unsealed concrete and have to be against code as you can't clean them. The food came and my partners steak was good, my chicken tenders were ok and the fries were good. Would never return here, it's unacceptable for the place to be in such horrid condition for the price they charge for their food. Drive right past this place!

It was good. I love sautéed mushroom but here I had to toss them as they didn't taste right. Other than that, good place to make a pit stop for a meal.

Better than I expected. Food was really good, hot when served. Buttermilk chicken was excellent, as was the country fried steak. Salmon was good and a large portion. Beer was cold. Service was good from Zeke. We would go back.

I really try not to be negative, but upon arrival, I was informed they couldn't serve potatoes or rolls. I ordered the filet w mushrooms. The filet was poor quality and was missing the mushrooms.
The bathroom reeked of urine. I sympathize, but I can't recommend anyone eat there.
