If you're in the restaurant everything is fabulous! Do not order out. When you pick up you're food. if you can get the kids that host to pay attention that your there for you pick up order!! Good luck... I didn't even get everything I ordered!!! I'll never order from Logan's ever again!!!!

Rice was undercooked or dried out and EXTREMELY salty. Waitress and, apparently, the manager dismissed the concerns. If you ordered the rice Sunday night, I tried to fix it for you. But, guessing you got the same thing I did.

Worse filet steak ever. No taste. Broccoli and Baked potato overcooked and tasted like dirt. Bread not bad.

Came in a date with my boyfriend had the pleasure of having jack as our waiter. We both got a steak and I ordered medium with steak broccoli. I wasn’t disappointed at all he took good care of us and we enjoyed our meal.

Placed a curbside order. Since there isn’t an actual curbside area, I went in to get my order. The smell as soon as you open the door was gut wrenching. Smelled like rotten beer. Not just a little bit but an overwhelming rotten smell. The salad had rotten lettuce in it. The steak bites were close to a white color with bits of grill on them. The sweet potatoes had a sour smell to them. Absolutely wasted money here.

We walked in and had bugs walking across our table. Staff gave zero Fs. We walked out immediately. Never got any food whatsoever. Poor management and staff

We had lunch here on our way to the beach. Misty, our waitress, was fantastic. Very attentive. All four in our party got steaks. They were all cooked perfectly and very tender. No complaints at all.

This place is absolutely awful. Best statehouse in Spanish Fort my foot. We went there for my wife's birthday, I ordered the 12oz Ribeye and asked for med rare, but what came out was what appeared to look like a well done sirloin. The server was pretty amazing though. I was hungry but was so upset I just sent it back. Will not be returning, and advise others not to go there either. Zero stars

This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! It appears from the bad reviews, the filthy restaurant and the lazy employees that this place has been running amuck for quite some time.

Especially the manager Juanita. I understand good help is hard to find these days, but come on!

Place is nasty, food is nasty. Should be shut down truthfully!

I have never been to one if these before and to be honest I wasn't expecting much.
However the food was lovely,
Portion size was large
Environment was nice
Our server Pamela was lovely, she was so helpful.
Thank you Pamela for making our meal am enjoyable experience.
If we see a Logsns Roadhouse again we would certainly go in.

Excellent food and service. So glad we stopped here on our trip

After a long day of working in yard, skipping lunch, Dad convinced me to have a steak dinner with him. His first choice is Logans. He's been a frequent diner of over 20 years. We were greeted by the host with a smile and pleasant attitude. Seated in the bar area where able to discuss baseball and softball that was airing on the good size TVs. Emily has impressive skills, talked to my dad loudly, clearly, and calmly. All that he needed to be accommodated. Emily's service skills were proper with vast knowledge of the menu. The rolls were delicious but only had the one basket to save room for the steaks. The NY strips were prepared perfectly, fulfilling size for our appetite. I had Mashed potatoes which had good flavor but not at the temperature I had wanted, nor were the green beans. We will be back and definitely recommend Emily to be your server.

Our waiter was on point.

I’m about 100% sure our ribeyes got downsized to sirloins, so we got robbed. All the food tasted pathetic. No flavor on anything. Service was okayish

I have been coming here for years. My family likes the value, the fact that there’s rarely a wait, and the food is good.

I like getting a steak for less than most places.

Tonight we were waited on by Carly, a young lady who kept our drinks full and made sure out orders were correct.

I ALWAYS appreciate good service but particularly here in the Deep South where it can be spotty.

But not at this restaurant. The manager comes around to check on you every time you eat here. Last time someone had an issue with a side and they gave it to us for free.

THAT is how you do customer service.
