Good Food, you get what u expect. Service was great as well. Sometimes u wonder with younger servers but they were great. My son left his wallet outside and one of the ladies happily went outside and found it and was honest about it, to get his wallet back.

Ordered an ice cream cake on 8/16/2024 for pick up on 9/6/2024. This cake was for my daughters 12th birthday. I got off work early to pick it up and they didn't make the cake. How do you not make a cake that the order was placed almost 30 days in advance. Do better Marble Slab do better!

Meagan, the girl who helped me was extremely knowledgeable about the menu items and gladly helped me make a selection. I’ll admit I took quite a while to decide but she was very patient and kind. I had such a memorable experience and I will definitely be back frequently!

We went during Father’s Day weekend and they only had 3 flavors! And they were the most weirdest flavors too the only 3 they had was black cherry, pistachio, and one other. Extreme let down. Then we decided to give them another chance We went back about a week later and same thing only three flavors. My family is pretty basic so we just get basic flavors like strawberry, chocolate, vanilla nothing out of the ordinary so the regular flavors you would expect an ice cream shop to have when they don’t is a huge let down. considering not even going here anymore they never have the stuff to make milkshakes and then only have 3 flavors!? Get it together marble slab or you won’t have our business anymore. I saw somewhere that the weekend we went y’all were out and should be back and running tomorrow but a week later and still no ice cream is disappointing. Y’all lost a lot of costumers because of this issue we saw a ton of costumers walking out when they looked at what you had to offer which was only three flavors. Y’all may have been busy over the weekend which y’all said in a lot of reviews about this matter but two times?

Always out of milk shake mix 95% of the time. Went during Father’s Day weekend and out of every ice cream flavor except 3 flavors. How are you out of pretty much every ice cream flavor at an ice cream shop? That’s like being out of coffee at a coffee shop. That’s horrible! Please get it together Marble Slab.

I feel this is one of the best values for ice cream around. It may be 5 bucks for a small cone, but it is a waffle cone with a huge scoop and unlimited mix ins. This is a great deal and great ice cream.

The treats here are usually always great, and the staff up until today has been too. I don't come here that often, but today I came by a little after 3pm to two ladies working the counters. One of them was very polite but the other, a tallish blonde with a ponytail and sunglasses on her head was pretty condescending. She stared at me like I had fiveheads while ordering and when helping another customer, made his shake wrong and when asked very nicely to add what she left out, she muttered under her breath acting like he was supposed to tell her how to make it and rolled her eyes. Her energy was just all around unfriendly regardless if she’s having a bad day or not, it was unpleasant. To the other lady in there though, thank you for treating me and probably everyone else with kindness!

Came in on a Sunday afternoon, and there are literally only 4 flavors to choose from, no ice cream. Huge let down for the kiddos. Everything is out and the reason we were told is because they were busy yesterday. Watched the server play around and conversate and forgot to make my sons shake, only started preparing it when my husband went up to ask about it. Absolutely horrible!

Incredibly rude staff.

Dirty. The restroom was discussing. It had a build up that looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The tables had been half way wiped down but had a build up of sticky stuff. I stated looking around and all the corners and edges look like they have never been cleaned. I will not be back.

Normally we like it here, but they only had about 2 flavors of ice cream and 3 sorbets… Yet about 20+ signs for different flavors.
