Marco's Pizza

All perfect, food was hot. I enjoyed my lunch.

I really love Marco's. I'm originally from Connecticut which imo has the best pizza on the planet, so it's hard to find good quality pizza, especially from a chain. It doesn't taste like your usual doughy, floppy style you get from the big wigs like Domino's, Pizza Hut etc.. but not with Marco's; the crust IS and STAYS crunchy throughout the whole slice!
The cheese is fantastic. I could literally just take the cheese off and eat it by itself and be satisfied!! If you want left overs but not cold, pop it in the oven (not the microwave) on 350° for about 5 minutes and it's as good as new!

The manager is very knowledgeable and is willing to solve any sort of problem that may arise! Also the drivers are very courteous and kind. 5 stars all around!

This Marcos knocks it out of the park every time I will live less than 2.5 mi away an order on my phone and my pizza is ready and correct before I get there every time

Pizza arrived after being dropped with all the toppings slopped to one side. Called and let them know and was assured another would be sent. Two hours later I call back and am told that the manager thought the driver sent one out and will send it ASAP. Finally get a new pizza and it is almost as screwed up as the first. Never again!

Went to purchase a gift card for a Christmas present. The lady didn't know what she was doing and charged my card, never was able to load the gift card. She then was trying to process what I guess was the gift card transaction over the phone which I refused cause it was sketchy. Still was charged $50 even though they assured me it would not process, well it did. They don't know what they are doing, don't recommend at all. Having to dispute to get my mom money back now.

The pizza was delicious, and the variety we purchased pleased everyone in our party; even my niece, who’s not fond of red sauce. The folks in the restaurant were helpful, and we received our pizzas quickly. They were cooked to perfection.

Vegetarian options: We ordered a spinach Alfredo pizza; it’s one of our favorites.

On our way back from the renaissance fair, stopped by and ordered three large pizzas. We were starving. They cooked pretty fast. We didn’t had to wait long for our pizza, and it's definitely worth it. I've tried pepareoni & cheese pizza, and the second one is spinach pizza in white Alfredo sauce, I believe third one was supreme. All were delicious. Supreme, in my opinion, was the best for sure, and I highly recommend trying that. Next time I come to Spanish fort, I'm visiting this spot for sure!

Horrible customer service. We placed an online order for delivery at 7:24pm and were told we should have our order in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, we called the store to check on our order and the lady told us that her driver had all of the orders they had so he should be on the way soon. After another 30 minutes go by, we call the store again and advise they may need to check on the driver because he still has not shown up. He finally shows up another 30 minutes later, so we are at an hour and a half after the order was placed, and he forgot the drink. Tells us he will be back in 15 minutes with the drink. It's now 9pm. Great tasting pizza but terrible service. I honestly think they forgot our order.
