Horrible service and the pizza makers don’t know how to read . Owner is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Even the Daphne location said not to go to Spanish fort location because they are horrible and a bad reputation to them.

Honestly it all depends on who is working. When the owners worked there it was absolutely excellent . Now it is so hit or miss. The lady who works in there now had such a horrible attitude with my husband last wk . She refused to give him a military discount because we had a $10 reward. We had to spend $100 on pizza to earn that reward . We are in there at least once a wk but the quality has definitely gone down. We are considering finding another place to do business. Also this Marco's does not do free breadsticks like the others if you complete the survey. I think the owner should look into offering the same benefits as the other Marco's & pop up on the business to make sure the employees are making quality food & good customer service.

The guy said he watched the camera of the delivery driver putting all my order in his vehicle but when I made it to the store and asked to see the camera.he gone say he didn't get all the order never again ??

If you order delivery they will cancel your order, not tell you, and then lie and say they tried to contact you when they didnt. This has happened to me and a friend both ordering from this location for the first time, weeks apart, to separate delivery locations. Worker had an attitude and insisted to both of us he tried to call us and "our phones didnt work". Dude I work on my phone and was getting calls all day long, but yours mysteriously just didnt ring the "3" times you tried to call. Also, they dont answer their own phone because i ALSO tried to call them 3 times, it rang for quite some time, and then they didnt answer. Will never do business here again.
