First time eating at Moes in years (Wife is a Chipotler). Excellent experience. The guy who was making the burritos at 12:57pm on Sunday January 18th is an absolute stud with true burrito showmanship and a knack for flair. He got the whole experience kicked off on the right foot and in my opinion should be on the fast track to upper management. (No I do not know that man). 5/5.

My burrito had to be rewrap it split but the second time he folded it he didn't even fold it so there was cheese and stuff falling out and it was just a mess. I really love Moe's but this was very disappointing 😢

AWESOME Lunch with family!! The staff welcomed us with a lite experience and friendly atmosphere. Everyone was extremely relaxed and had a fun vibe about them while preparing our meals. You CAIN'T go wrong with the Homewrecker Bowl and Queso!! I got my bowl as Ground Beef and Adobo Chicken(double meet). DEFINITELY will come back for another visit whenever we're closer again!!

HORRIBLE service. worker lied and said they were about to close and it was 7:30 when they close at 9pm. stated they were out of multiple things but proceeded to supply things they were “ out of “. i paid for extra protein and still barely got any, i could count on my fingers how many pieces of meat I had in a BOWL. poor customer service and horrible attitudes. Will be contacting corporate!

Moe’s Review – How to Lose a Customer in Two Easy Thefts
This Moe’s has gotten me twice now — and I don’t mean “got me” like a funny prank between friends. I mean “got me” like a pickpocket in a crowded fair. Ringing up food at a higher price than what’s posted, then hitting me with the ol’ “we can’t process a refund even if you paid cash.” Well, isn’t that convenient? For them.
The store manager? About as visible as Bigfoot. Supposedly exists, but no confirmed sightings. Doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t call back. I picture them sitting in a bunker somewhere, hiding from the ringing phone like it’s a debt collector.
The last time this happened, it took me four full days to get corporate on the phone — which felt less like customer service and more like I was auditioning for a new season of Survivor: Hold Music Edition. And after that? Crickets. Not even a “sorry about your luck.”
Shame on me for giving them a second chance. First time, I chalked it up to maybe an off day. Second time, I realized the only “off” thing here was the total on my receipt. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, and I’ll tell everyone within earshot not to eat at your restaurant.
So here’s my advice: if you love Moe’s food, drive to a different location. Or at least check your receipt before you leave, because once they’ve got your money, it’s gone faster than queso at a Sunday football party. I’ll never go back — my wallet’s been through enough.

Do not go here if you are hungry. They do not give full scoops of meat here. Less than 8 cubes of chicken in a bowl. They move fast and barkey give you any toppings if you call them out on it they will chageyou for two scoops. Go to Moe's in daphne! Stay away from Spanish Fort location. Went back second time same thing absolutely ripped off I'm reporting them to corporate. This location is off the interstate stay away from it! I stopped here before waiting to get to moes in moss point on my way to new Orleans for business. Save your money of give it to a homeless person before going here.
Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered ground beef got chicken. Pop machine broken then ran out of everything except blueberry lemonade. Girl at the register was very unpleasant. For sure won't return!

I've been to other Moe's southwestern grills before but the one in Spanish Fort is unbelievable. Just got a to-go order. It's all wrong. Not only that the food was cold. Very little for the price you pay! Taste is not as good, It's not like the other Moe's southwestern grills. I see why the parking lot barely has anyone out there anymore! I work not far from this location, I can't leave my store somedays.. You pay $6 for two tablespoons for cheese dip! I do not recommend this location at all!

Wonderful experience! This was my first time at a Moe’s. We got greeted by a man who sang “Welcome to Moe’s” and he did it for everyone who entered that restaurant! Food was spectacular! Huge amount! I was so pleased! Can’t wait to go again!!!!!
