What an outstanding find in Spanish Fort. We happened upon Old 31 and were not disappointed! The owners were so nice to explain the beers and their history. It was literally like we were in their house. But, it really comes down to the beer and it did not fall short. We had a very good Kolsch and their light beer as well (the name escapes me). We have found a new spot for sure! Cheers to Old 31 Brewing... ?

The beers that they create here are outstanding! I had the "Drink More Kolsch", which was a true-to-style German Kolsch. It has a full body flavor with an incredibly smooth finish.. no lingering aftertaste.I spoke with the owners (very nice people) at length about their brewing technique and their attention to detail in creating their beers, down to the water that they use. And it shows!I also tried the "Back Road Amber", which was also excellent.. next time. I will definitely come back.

12 beer selections. Nice inside and outside area. Tight parking lot. Inside area is small. Great service. Good beer. No liquor. All cocktails look to be wine based. Live music was good.
