We had been here a couple of years ago but did not provide a review. The atmosphere is awesome as is the food and service

Best oysters, gumbo and seafood. Great salad bar too. We eat here every time we visit the area.

Best gulf seafood around and the best salad bar. Awesome staff and plenty of room for any function you want to plan. Highly recommended.

Oh my! Words can not express the joy we foodies experienced! Just delicious!! Happy Father’s Day dad!! We got oysters and devoured them so no pic… they are beyond great! Get here early!! Service was amazing as well!!

Flounder Florentine was beyond great!

The fire roasted oysters are the bomb!!!!!! The blackened flounder was a little too fishy for me but all and all dinner was great!!! Waitress was fantastic!!!

Never disappointed at the Original Oyster House. One of the best salad bars around.

We stop by here every road trip when we pass this area. Excellent service! Be sure to try their fried popcorn shrimp salad; love the honey mustard dressing! Looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful view from upstairs seating. Elevator avaliable.
Food was amazing. More than enough to eat.

Fried oysters were overcooked.
Salad bar has many options including house dressing. Fabulous view of water.

Absolutely the RUDEST MANAGEMENT EVER!! Jennifer Threaten to call LAW ON me bc of having a Bloody Mary in a to-go cup, !!! Then accused me of trying to sneak out of the place a 2nd time when I was casually walking to the bar!! My sever gave me the cup btw ! And she was very sweet but the managers are the rudest I’ve ever came across

The serve was beyond anything we ever expected the waitress nane is Jennifer she was so personal giving us her personal experiences about the food the amount for your money and the taste. She took our pictures as we needed to feel love and welcome not only did she make us feel welcome but she valued us. Our happiness was very important to her as she treated us like family. I have been to very high end restaurants like Ruth Chris and Ralph and kacoo”s newer treated like family. We felt like Jennifer was our sister. You don’t know what people’s are going through but to let your light shine with a smile a welcome means so much. Kudos to the original oyster house for hiring an outstanding employer. The food was delicious and amazing but most importantly of all Jennifer set the atmosphere. Keep doing what you are Jennifer you are a GOD sent. May GOD continue to bless the original oyster house
