I am very happy with my service at Pizza Hut. We ordered for carryout. They told us it’d be 20 minutes and when we got there in 20 minutes, it was ready in a box for us to pick up.

Dispite being short staffed (two trainees and one lead), and dealing with a rude customer who clearly hasnt worked in short staffed food service, the people were very pleasant and the food was well prepared.

During a recent trip to the beach, we stopped at the Pizza Hut located in Spanish Fort, Alabama. We were very pleased with both the food and the service. We ordered pepperoni and meat lover’s pizzas, along with Buffalo wings—all of which were freshly prepared and flavorful. The service was prompt and courteous, and Michelle, the manager on duty, ensured everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Her attentiveness contributed to a positive overall experience. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and satisfying dining option.

Recently used my points to treat my self to some wings. Upon receiving my order I asked for the standard dipper of ranch, when I was informed not only do you no longer get a dip but they are now 80cents! That is blasphemy in it self then I get home and the wings taste strate up like franks hotsause! Extreamly disappointed in that I turn to my pizza witch has the worst most cardboard spung of mushrooms I've ever had. Sad pig:(

The staff at this location is top shelf. Would give 10 stars on a scale of 1-5. Communicated very welll. Store was clean. Service exceeded expectations.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager Michelle is absolutely terrible. I have never encountered a manager so rude and disrespectful in my life! There was a misunderstanding with my order. I asked to speak with management and she had an attitude from the jump. To be honest I barely got a word in, she continuously talked over me, didn’t listen and eventually walked away without resolving my issue. I won’t ever step foot in this establishment again and will be relaying my experience to everyone I know in this area.

Pizza is always good but that blonde girl with the glasses up front is extremely rude and hostile. It’s just pizza, there’s no need to be rude to everyone picking up food just because you’re “short staffed” and overwhelmed. Will not be ordering from this location again.

If I could give no starts I would the manager on duty today don’t listen hangs up in your face they messed up and instead of listening to me I told her since they didn’t do what they said they would I had to show proof witch was fine I literally said that when I got on the phone I would come by I have ordered from them for years and never had problems till today with her she definitely is in the wrong industry because she doesn’t know what she is doing !!!!!!!!!!!!! I called corporate and they will be handling it thank goodness they know what they are doing and help I had a double charge on my account and instead of listening to me she just kept going and kept going and hang up the customer is always right yes not always but your suppose to do everything you can to help and you didn’t very unprofessional tHANK YOU CORPORATE !!!!!
