If I could give no starts I would the manager on duty today don’t listen hangs up in your face they messed up and instead of listening to me I told her since they didn’t do what they said they would I had to show proof witch was fine I literally said that when I got on the phone I would come by I have ordered from them for years and never had problems till today with her she definitely is in the wrong industry because she doesn’t know what she is doing !!!!!!!!!!!!! I called corporate and they will be handling it thank goodness they know what they are doing and help I had a double charge on my account and instead of listening to me she just kept going and kept going and hang up the customer is always right yes not always but your suppose to do everything you can to help and you didn’t very unprofessional tHANK YOU CORPORATE !!!!!

Got 2 pizza and buffalo wings, pizza tasted frozen and wings looked horrible. If they want to serve frozen pizzas and frozen wings price it accordingly.

Called and got hung up on for asking why my food wasn’t ready a half hour after it was said to be. Food is typically good but needs new management desperately. Clearly understaffed with no training on working in a fast paced environment. Won’t be ordering again. I prefer my food comes without the attitude.

This is the best Pizza Hut on the Eastern Shore. They know how to make a good pan pizza reminiscent of the sit-down restaurant Pizza Huts of days past. The food tastes like passion was baked right into the pizza. The staff was efficient and prompt. Easy access in the Publix's parking lot.

Parking: They have contactless carryout. Just pull into a spot in front of Pizza Hut and they will bring it out when ready. Just leave a description of your vehicle when you order on line.

Seriously didn't have high standards for Pizza Hut bc of previous experiences at other stores. Dain honest to goodness went above and beyond to help me. He was so professional and courteous and when I apologized for having to call in instead of just ordering online, he was genuinely really kind about it. That may seem like a small gesture, but anyone who's gone into our called a business and experienced really REALLY poor customer service can and does understand why it matters a whole lot to have that really great experience. Grateful to know that there's still people who are willing to go the extra mile to make things easier for the person on the other end of the phone. Dain deserves all the accolades!!
