I went through the drive thru and this amazing worker named “cory” (i hope thats spelled right) was so sweet and provided amazing service. Her compliments and beautiful smile brightened my entire day. Coffee was delicious☺️

I'll start off by saying the coffee was good and the shop was cute and clean. One of my biggest pet peeves is when these types of places ask for tips and the barista leans over to watch what you tip before they make your drink - this place does that. Secondly, they should advertise that with the ice they put in your get about 6 ounces for a small, 8 for a medium, and Id guess 12 for a large.
All around, good coffee but you only get a couple sips for about 8 dollars.
Edit: I see the response from the owner and I tried to send an email but it was blocked so I can't even get in touch.

LOVE my local PJ's! They have the best customer service that I've ever experienced at a quick service/coffee franchise. I've only experienced two very minuscule issues with past orders being inaccurate and both times the management has gone above and beyond to promptly make things right for me. I don't get my coffee anywhere else. I also love their app, it makes ordering easy & keeps up with my rewards without my having to punch my number in at the store every time.

Very unhappy with my service this morning. I went through the drive through around 7:30 this morning and the lady receiving my order and taking my money was extremely rude. Also frustrated that every time I go they give you their little iPad asking for a tip even if you just ask for an orange juice and go through the drive-through. Tipping culture has gotten out of control and so has some of these peoples attitudes
