I went through the drive thru and this amazing worker named “cory” (i hope thats spelled right) was so sweet and provided amazing service. Her compliments and beautiful smile brightened my entire day. Coffee was delicious☺️
LOVE my local PJ's! They have the best customer service that I've ever experienced at a quick service/coffee franchise. I've only experienced two very minuscule issues with past orders being inaccurate and both times the management has gone above and beyond to promptly make things right for me. I don't get my coffee anywhere else. I also love their app, it makes ordering easy & keeps up with my rewards without my having to punch my number in at the store...
My 1st time there was about an hour ago 1PM'ish on 5-16. I would have mentioned the pleasant young lady at the drive thru by name if I'd caught it. It was refreshing to see a real smile at a drive-thru for a change! Coffee was great too. The only thing I wasn't wild about was being muscled/guilted into a 20-30% tip on a Togo coffee before I'd even gotten coffee. I'm not sure when everyone started expecting big tips on boxing some food or a togo beverage....
