To go order was completely wrong. Asked for combo numbers 3 and 5, and got different ones. Unacceptable.

Edit: A few weeks later we decided to give it one more try on a to go order, and we were still missing food. Please check your order before leaving.

Classic Popeyes food and ambiance. But the service at this specific Popeyes was terrible. Maybe it's because I went towards closing time, but it doesn't justify the fact that the order was 50% wrong.

The manager Kesha is so sweet! I did a Doordash order and had an issue that had me go back to the store, nothing too crazy. She went above and beyond to make the moment right for the inconvenience. She honestly deserves a raise for her kindness alone, she’s definitely the kind of manager that can make a business and team thrive!

My review is not about the food but about one outstanding, well mannered highly respected young man named Quintavious. On 8/4/2024 at 6:30pm my order number was 37, Quintavious greeted us as we walked in, apologized for having us wait for just a moment and respectfully replied everytime with yes sir or no sir responses. I wish this young man the best in today's workforce. I hope your company can see the potential you are carrying.
