Don't know how to make special drinks if you order them, and tell them out to make it. The Speaker do not work well and they dont label or know what drink is which when its brought to you. I usually have an ok experience here but this time absolutely horrible

Came in around 11:45 for lunch. Waited maybe 6 minutes to get our order taken. No biggie. Order came out super quick and everything was fresh and good. Lady taking order and the lady who brought us the food were sweet.

Showed up here for breakfast and nobody answered the call or drive thru. It was 9:00. They stood looking at me when I physically walked up and tried to order. The 2nd instance was a delivery and the mozzarella sticks had no cheese due to being overcooked. Get your life together sonic. Highly recommend not wasting your time with em

Horrible service. They treat delivery drivers like crap. Instead of letting us use stalls to get orders they have us come to the door and then sit in extreme heat waiting on them to decide when they are going to make the orders. There is no reason why we can’t use the stalls to let them know we are here. Horrible treatment of people. DO BETTER OR STOP DOING DELIVERY ORDERS!!!!!!!

If there were 0 stars I would leave it. Sat in line for 10 minutes with no response in the drive through went to a stall. Again nothing. Drove around the building to see an employee on his phone I rolled down my window and said anyone working? He looked around and said uhhhh…. Drove across the street to Freddie’s and received excellent service!

On Fri. 7/25 Ordered the Garlic Butter bacon cheeseburger and the SuperSonic dbl bacon cheeseburger. The Garlic Bacon cheeseburger was missing the bacon and the SuperSonic bacon dbl cheeseburger was missing the lettuce and tomato. Very disappointed on this visit compared from previous visit.
