Hands down the BEST nutrition shop in Baldwin county! Kerri and Steve are amazing people! You come for the drinks, but you keep coming back for the people!

This place was awful. Just awful. The service was fine, nothing exemplary, but the whole place was cold as heck and the chairs were these weird uncomfortable high seats. But the food? Me and my grandma decided to get two parfait cups. Banana pudding and dirt cake. They were the worst food experience we’ve ever had. Her banana pudding tasted unbelievably bland and barely like banana at all. If the point was to make it healthy, at least add actual banana. Next up, my dirt cake. It was literally just flavorless mush with Oreos and whip cream on top. It wasn’t like, an unsweetened chocolate , there was zero chocolate flavor in the slightest except for the Oreos on top. In fact, that mush didn’t have any flavor at all. Genuinely, it was tasteless. How do you make chocolate not have a taste?! Don’t come here. If you do, avoid those god awful parfait cups.

Let me start by saying Keri and Steve are absolutely beautiful loving humans!!! I am honored to have the chance to meet them and love them. Crazy Melon would be the drink I recommend because they allowed me to create my own and name it lol!!! If you need a pick me up and a smile go visit them!!!

I tried this location out for the first time today! I was in the car with my kids, waiting on my husband to finish up at Rouses when I saw the sign for Highway 225. I called and asked if they could start a shake for me and I’d come grab it as soon as he returned. The young lady was super sweet on the phone, had great customer service & was very well-mannered! I went in for a shake and came out with another shake for my husband and 2 kid’s drinks. She was so intuitive, from helping me customize my kiddos drinks to their liking, to ensuring my son’s drink was “blue enough” and not so purple-ish as she talked about her sweet nephew and “knowing how boys are”. I wish I would’ve gotten her name, so I could let the owner know!! She was such a refreshing soul! I will return!

We wandered in since my daughter was hot and hungry. She wanted a smoothie so we found this place. They do NOT have smoothies BUT I let her try one of the protein shakes. She tried the Funfetti one and really liked it. Which is GREAT as she is a VERY picky eater.
I then saw they had teas, which I am a tea drinker. I prefer Asian teas. Soooo, they told me as it was my 1st time there to try one of the Jolly Rancher flavor teas. It is a herbal based tea with 200 MG of caffeine and protein is added. BOY is it good! It reminds me of Starbucks lemonade green tea. That type of taste. You can kinda taste the added protein, but not bad at all. I am a picky eater, and I enjoyed the tea.
The girls there were very sweet as informing of everything that is there and their suggestions for 1st timers. They even gave my toddler some vanilla wafers.
The inside is very cute. It does have multiple styles of seating. It has bar style, table top, seats, and couch. They sell protein and stuff there. I will definitely be back.

My Miami vice was amazing & love that they are open on Sundays! The 2 workers were very friendly as well! I’ll definitely be back when I drive through :)

When the kind people who work there know my car and have my Red High Heel ready for me! They are very sweet and friendly!

Wow! SO many Delicious and healthy menu options!! The staff is so kind and accommodating! SFN is the best Nutrition club in this area without a doubt!!
