If you are a person of color I STRONGLY advise you avoid this Subway!!!! The manager of this location (short, obese, white lady with a bun) is extremely racist and it shows by the way she treated the black customers vs the white customers while I visited for lunch. She was being nasty, looked judgmental, and had a huge attitude. But with the white customers she was more than happy to accomodate them. I asked her to not toast my steak sandwich (wasn’t going to eat for an hour so why bother?) and she huffed that she “didn’t want to waste a dish on my kind” (Probably didn’t think I could hear her!!!!) Also yelling at her employees (and we wonder why fast food restaurants have a high turn-over rate…)Never in my life have I seen & received so much disrespect from a fast food worker. Don’t spend your money here! The Subway in Daphne on 98 always gets me right AND with a smile on their faces.I am looking how to contact the people in charge of this Subway to shed light to this situation, because from the reviews it’s obvious the manager has a history of racial profiling and it’s absurd she is still employed!! Do better!!

1 star is being generous! I went in with my daughter ordered us sandwichs they messed hers up would not fix it laughed at her making her cry. I had gone to the grocery store next-door to find a cake for her stepmom. The older lady who I believe to maybe had been the manager followed her to the store next-door stared her down laughing as she told mr thry wouldn't fix it. I then told her politely that it would've been nice if she would've fixed her order.as she was laughing and knowing that nothing would come of it and that she really didn't care if she made a Customer cry or not I kindly said to her well thank you and you have a nice day I walked away turned my back. I talking to my daughter while doing my shopping. She then came up to me and started yelling at me in the store. Embarrassed by her we left the store not knowing she followed us. As we got in the vehicle she was standing at the door pointing, laughing, swearing and yelling. This was an older plus size lady I would say probably in her 50s with a horrible rude unprofessional attitude. The other employees were laughing as well. All were unprofessional and totally uncalled for. I will never go back unless I know they're no longer there. if I could give them a ZERO I would.In addition this place was also very skimpy on making mine.This could have all been avoided if they simply would've fixed her sandwich. She would have been happy even with the toppings in a separate little container and for her to just put on even herself but they did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. ?I believe this woman may have been the manager tonight training an employee if so I sure would not want her training any employee for me or anyone as far as that goes.

Kinda rude ordered more onions on app and got literally barely any onions this is the most skimpy subway I’ve ever been too disappointing. I even said something and they were rude . I will not be back to this one . All the employees were slightly rude and and the plus sized one that was older laughed at me . I’ve been to some pretty bad subways and this is one of the worst. The older plus sized lady was incredibly rude and swore at my mom and I hate going out in pubic I have autism I was in tears almost . She even forgot my onions originally and I ordered extra . She went outside of store to swear at my mom cause she complained about the no onions and oil .

My coworkers and I eat here ALOT and it's always delicious and the manager and employees are always super sweet, friendly and helpful! It's always very clean and a bright, lovely atmosphere! They are efficient and accurate and make delicious sandwiches! Thank you Spanish Fort Subway, we love you!!! I'd give 10/10 stars if I could!

Food is good but one lady was extremely rude. barking orders at customers like we are her servants. All the other employees were nice though but this one lady was so rude it made everybody feel uncomfortable.

I don’t know what her name is, but the lady that was working this morning was rude and had an attitude. I walked up to the counter and she goes “how can I help you” but in the rudest way possible. It made me feel bad for ordering. After telling her the bread I wanted, she asked me what I wanted on it so I first listed salami and pepperoni. Then she said “so you want the hotshot Italiano” with an attitude of course. I looked at the menu to see what was on it and said no ma’am. She goes “so what other meats do you want on it” again with an attitude. And I said meatball. She scoffed and started putting it on there. I wanted to get a drink with it, but decided I didn’t want to be in there any longer. I would’ve tipped but she didn’t deserve it with an attitude like that. Trust me, I understand not wanting to be at work. I work in food too, but there’s something called faking it and it’s real easy to do and customers appreciate it cause they won’t feel like they’re bothering you and most likely leave a tip. Get a different job if you seem to hate that one so much.

I hope this reaches a manager. Please speak to your team about customer service. There is a young man that may be in high school who is very rude to customers, specially black customers. I walked and told him what I would like to order and then he turned to his coworker and said what did she say. I repeated myself, as he began to make my sandwich he asked me every question that I already provided him the answers to. What kind of bread? What kind of sandwich? Toasted? I already told you twice what I wanted and now I’m saying it a third time. He then overcharged me for my meal. I ordered a 6” value meal and he charged me for a 12” value meal. I approach another employee for a refund. Another black customer walked in and he said he wanted a 12” cold cut on white bread. He went to the restroom and this same young man started mocking the man to another employee stating “this man just walked in and said “raw raw raw” and I couldn’t understand a word he said. He is very unprofessional, immature, and bias towards people of colored.

LOVE when I have time to stop in and get my fav, a Steak, Egg and Cheese for breakfast here in Spanish Fort!! Great customer service and my sandwich is always prepared with a level of care that is unmatched around these parts.
