I used to really like this Wendys but the consistency and service is off the charts now. Twice in the past month I've put in online orders when the app and Google shows the store is open, I then show up and the staff says they're closed.

Both the app and Google say they open at 6, I put in an online order show up at 6:45 and they say they're closed and aren't taking orders. Fix your stuff Wendy's but I'm done coming to this one

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a $5.00 Double Jr. Cheeseburger meal with a Coke Zero. I gave the cashier a $20 dollar bill. She handed me my drink and and meal but not my change. I went back later to get my change. The staff said that their supervisor had to review the video of the cars coming through the drive-thru earlier in the day to confirm my story and to see which employee served me. Supervisor was supposed to meet me at Wendy's location and give me back my money 2 days later. She wasn't there. Employees tried to give me over $14 worth of food and said to contact corporate instead! Finally a employee came from the back and gave me $14. I will never eat here again!

It was late evening in the drive thru. We were told that the drive thru was closed and we would have to come inside to place our order. We parked, and found we that we were the only customers in the building. We stood at the counter for a few minutes. We were not acknowledged by anyone, despite making eye contact with several employees. We decided to leave and received great service at a nearby fast food restaurant. Poor attitide + poor service = poor food handling. It's not worth the risk!

This place has just gotten ridiculously poor. Poor operations all together. Where is the manager? They literally refuse to take your order through the drive through unless you pull up to the window. If you go inside they attempt to ignore you. And the whole place smells like shitty weed. Then they leave one or multiple things out of the order EVERY time.

The manager has long braids that are not reatrained and is constantly going in people's food. It is so gross and not sanitary!! Also, get attitude is terrible. The girl at the counter has long black nails, that I am also violates health department standards. As someons who is in management at a restaraunt locally, this would not be tolerated at my establishment.
