Wendy’s in Spanish Fort AL is horrific. It has made my family very sick. My father ordered a small bowl of chili, and has recovered very quickly from the food poisoning. But my brother is not doing well-he ate a cheeseburger and some french fries. It’s been days and he is still sick! I’m not sure what they are doing in that kitchen-they could be improperly storing their food items or being too lazy to wash their hands after wiping. This restaurant is absolutely disgusting and I beg everyone not to eat here-save your money and your stomachs!

Please do not eat at this place. We were visiting a local church for the weekend. We went there on Saturday. I ate and my stomach bloated and turned. I have a resistance to some foods because I eat in the villages overseas on mission trips. I made it through but my child has been very sick. DONT Eat here!!!!!!

Ordered a double cheese burger to my hotel. Tge burger gave food poisoning. I'm getting better but I'm still unable to eat some food. Very disappointing. Had a sore stomach which was very unbearable. Honestly should probably sue. Not eating Wendy's again because of that burger.

Their hours said they close at midnight. Arrived at 10 until 11 PM, and the drive thru said they were closed for the night. The hours are incorrect or something else is wrong, I guess.

If I could leave a 0 star I would, they advertise frosty yet they are always “out of them”. It’s been weeks since we’ve tried ordering one yet every time the employee just conveniently don’t have them, because they’re too lazy to actually make them. And on top of that the employees never wear proper hairnet or anything.

Yikes, this place is horrible. The service is beyond bad and the food is not fresh or ever correct. It used to be the best Wendy's around but it seems like management hires anyone they find in the gutter. What are you doing?

This was the worst breakfast food I have ever ate. My bread was hard, it was cold, and I order the potato wedges and you give me no ketchup and then don’t even ask me if I need anything before walking away also had to wait for food with no one in line for what? A COLD SANDWICH? Do the simple things or choose a new profession. Asking if I need anything else takes very little effort.
Really deserves 0 stars. I would be ashamed to both own or work at this Wendy's.

If I could give less stars I would I came here ordered saucy honey BBQ nuggets and they have me spicy nuggets that was fine but when I asked them to change it they just put sauce on the nuggets not covering them at all msg because they had to do there job then punctured a home in my sauce clearly and put it in my bag disgusting DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I bought a Baconator today 12-14-24 and paid almost 9 dollars.It was horrible! Had no seasoning,barely any bacon or cheese and maybe 1/4 teaspoon ketchup.I went thru drive up around 4:15,it was not very busy.So why was the burger so bad?? Shameful. Will never go back.For 9 dollars it should be great. Cheryl Conway

Good service friendly staff. Since my last visit things have changed. Pulled up to drive thru at 9:30 am. The person asked if they could help me I said 1 sec and they again asked what I wanted. I asked them to wait my wife told me I told them and again she was rushing me. I would have probably ordered more but I was ready to just not even get anything. And during this there is absolutely no one else in line. Get to the window pay and she asks me to pull up. Again no o e is even thinking of pulling in here. Guess that also explains why two buildings up the lines are 3 deep at chic- filet. Guess where I'll be going from now on. The rude kids are goi g to ruin a lot of businesses. I'll not go back there and be treated like I'm wasting their time.
