“We came all the way from Texas because my wife wanted gizzards and liver. Because she likes them from here a lot. Once we arrived at 8:00pm the tall skinny dark guy said they were out and they would not make anymore. We asked to speak to the manager . Some young man with blood curly hair came out to speak with us. We told him we really wanted fried gizzards and liver. He was so friendly and helped us without hesitation. I believe his name was Ethan. Thank you Ethan for serving us 👏👏. You deserve a raise. 😊😊. And for the other guy he seems to be in a rush to leave. Find a job in something you like. Apparently this one is not for you.“

“3 times now I've been to KFC in Attalla Al. while in the drive thru, I've witnessed the most kind hearted actions from the managers and the staff without them even noticing, I was paying attention to the way they were speaking so nicely to others, the food was even better after I witnessed such a sweetness to the community. “Headed back from vacation and an unwritten rule is to eat at places that we do not have around our home town.. first thing I noticed was the 100 health score so kudos for that..the staff was super friendly and the simplicity of the menu was actually helpful...literally took about 7 seconds figuring out what to eat ?... location has been added to our Attalla eating places!!“

“I have no idea why this location received such bad reviews. I walked in and everything looks really clean. The employees are nice. There were 2 people in front of me but the line moved quickly. We ordered 3 meals and a pie. My order was hot, fresh, delicious, fast, and most importantly correct. The blackened chicken is on point as always. Fries were delicious. All of my sauces were in the bag. They also have the biggest pickle slices that I've ever seen.“
