I watched this show on my 600lb life. That big girl from NC tore that stagecoach burger up.

We came from Daphne and when I tell you we should have went to Mary's Kitchen in Mobile the food was awful we will never go back I have shrimps and grits and they only put 1 shrimp in my grits the greens had no seasoning the roasted potatoes was dried out and the buttermilk pie tasted like they put to much flour in it had the texture of a dump cake that was really sticky so that will be our last time going there never again.

This was our first visit - we currently live about 30 miles away. I was so excited by the positive reviews - but unfortunatly, I was kinda dissapointed with my food experience. I WILL give them another chance once we get moved to Stockton. I wish they would offer a reduced price for people that only want a *single* trip to the buffet. I think that $10 or $12 for a single plate would be very fair. The price is great for those who want the 'All You Can Eat', but my daughter and I just can't eat enough to warrant the $20. We disliked the mac-n-cheese. The catfish & shrimp were good though, both were cooked well. I look forward to having the chance to try some of their friend chicken, and chicken & dumplings one of these days.

If I could give no stars I would. Me and my family were coming from my aunt's funeral in evergreen and figured we would stop by stagecoach. We had it a few years ago and remembered it was a nice little home cooking place. We arrived July 20th around 4ish. There were maybe three other tables in use. My husband and father decided to do the buffet and they fixed my 5 yr old son a plate. He was pretty tired and didn't eat much so I asked if I could have a to go box. They told me no since it was from the Buffett ok understandable, fine. Me and my mother ordered off the menu.... My father had to get up and go find our "waitress" to ask for boxes for me and my mom and to ask for a refill of water for my husband and she NEVER came back to our table. We had to ask for someone to come to the front for us to pay. Also, I wouldn't get the sweet tea there we had a view into the kitchen and could see multiple cups lined up with tea prepoured, no telling what could fall in. I wouldn't recommend it the service was absolute crap and the food wasn't the best either and before anyone says if the food was crap why did you want it to go because WE PAID FOR IT.
Absolutely love this place. Always a variety on the buffet. Always fresh vegetables.

This is a tough one. Historically Stagecoach has been a family favorite. My family has always enjoyed it, but this was my first visit. The buffet items are served to you by a staff member. There are two sheets of plexiglass between the two of you and there was a young lady singing live about 15 feet away. We couldn’t hear the server nor could they hear us well. My parents are elderly and this was not a good situation. The food was ok, not great. Our table waitress was very good and friendly. They had fried oysters but there was a limit of 6 per person. I get it, they’re expensive and people tend to waste food…. can’t blame them for that decision. Overall not a bad experience, I would definitely recommend trying it.
Love this place!

I never feel welcomed here! I’ve visited multiple times with family for years! As you can guess we were the only black family in the building. Would always get hard stares, rude remarks, snarky attitudes from both newer workers and especially the customers. My last visit, with just my mother and I; We were again the only black individuals in the building. This was our first time visiting since Covid. I went to grab a plate (not knowing the new service rule) and was yelled at by a worker. She was yelling in a vile way and trying to talk to me “dumb-like” like a child …( I’m in my twenties). Another worker was rude when my mother asked for lemons . Our server looked disgusted when she had to serve us. (Looked like a high schooler). We both left as soon as we could out of anger … and will not be returning back. Food definitely went down in quality… If you want to experience modern day racism go here!

Unless you are a local and they know you, I don't recommend them. Saw them on FB. Thought I would check them out. No one greets you, no one tells you to just find a seat. When a waiter came over for my drink order she asked if I was having the buffet or needed a menu. I decided to check out the buffet. There was no employee at the buffet so I picked up a plate to serve myself. At that point 2 employees came rushing over and were very rude jerking the plate out of my hand and were rude to me to whole time I was making my selections. I returned to my table with my plate and was pretty much ignored from that point on. Don't know if I was supposed to get a ticket or not. So I just walked up to the register, told the cashier what I had, paid & left. I will never go back.
