I sat at the high-top bar, and Drew cooked my Cajun Shrimp Pasta. It was, without exaggeration, the best pasta I've ever had in my life. He also recommended pairing it with a Bushwacker, which was absolutely amazing and something I had never tried before. That recommendation alone made the meal even better.

Connie was my server and took great care of me throughout my visit. The manager, Travis, even came by to check on everything and make sure my experience was going well. He was professional, personable, and clearly cares about both the customers and his team.

What impressed me most was the level of service. The restaurant was packed, but you never would have known it from the attention I received. Every member of the staff made me feel welcome and valued, as if I were the only customer in the room.

“Monday November 7, 2022. I don't know who the waitress or the cook was on this night at approximately 10:20 p.m. I came in and ordered my food and she called it out to the cook. I was assuming that he was preparing my food since it was only two people in the restaurant. I walked outside to take a phone call and 10 minutes later another guy pulls up. About 5 minutes after that I go inside and signal to the waitress about my food. She said it was almost up. Well the guy who pulled into the parking lot 10 minutes after I was out there on the phone, gets his food and was eating already and I still haven't gotten mine. I know that he didn't pre-order because this Waffle House NEVER answer the phone and he was at the bar sitting down eating his food. But when I get an attitude the waitress looks at me all funny and says that our order came up at the same time. I told her I ordered 10 minutes before he even pulled up. So basically the crew tonight with the exception of the other waitress, were sorry. And, she (the waitress) was there sitting with her, I assumed boyfriend who doesn't work there, instead of making sure her customer was taken care of.”

“As always, Hardee's has great biscuits! The staff was friendly. The coffee is good. The location is convenient. It's at the intersection of Highway 31 and Gulf Shores Parkway. Hardee's has the best rating of the fast-food breakfast stops in Bay Minette, Alabama. I enjoyed the steak biscuit.”

“I was actually impressed with the service here. There were only three ladies working so two were taking orders and one was preparing the food and I must say they were amazing. The place was packed inside and the drive through too, but these ladies were on top of it!!They were pumping out orders left and right and there was at least three orders ahead of ours and we still got our food in under 10 minutes and it was hot, fresh, and tasty. If a manager reads this y'all should give them gals a raise or something because that was one of the best fast food experiences I have had in a good long while.”

“We got supper sonic double cheese burgers with ketchup mayonnaise and mustard only. They literally had it running out all in the paper that they wrapped it in. Every bite u took made a mess. Had to try to dip the tater tots in it to soak some of it up. Bit the tater tots were cold and fried to hard. Will probably go back, but only because BayMinette doesn't have much to offer”

“We did an online order for pick up for a 6 pc wing combo and a kids meal on 5/28/26. When we arrived the employee informed me they no longer offer the applesauce nor the box juice anymore and haven't for quite some time. They offered replacement options which were great. We happily accepted a small lemonade and an apple pie. We interacted with a drive thru employee as well as another gentleman that appeared to be a manger. Both employees were so nice, friendly, helpful, and respectful. That interaction alone makes me look forward to visiting again. Our order was correct and the service was delightful.”

And although other customers in line were complaining about the time that they have been waiting, I acknowledge the fact that they were understaffed, these people were doing their best with what they had, and I just wanna say that they did a great job, and I am very well pleased with each and every staff member.
