“I want to start by saying the service given by Brittany (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong) was fantastic ! We went in on 9/8 for my 50th birthday. This was our 1st time, but we had heard it was good. I will say good is an understatement in my opinion. Although I didn’t get a picture of our appetizers the steak queso and fried wickle’s were delicious. Three out of the four in our party ordered filets. I could have cut mine with a butter knife and the flavor was perfect. My mother got crab cakes and shrimp, again perfect from what she said. At the end Brittany brought out some fried bread pudding and even quietly sang a little HBD for me. She definitely made our night! Between the food and the service we will definitely return.”

“Monday November 7, 2022. I don't know who the waitress or the cook was on this night at approximately 10:20 p.m. I came in and ordered my food and she called it out to the cook. I was assuming that he was preparing my food since it was only two people in the restaurant. I walked outside to take a phone call and 10 minutes later another guy pulls up. About 5 minutes after that I go inside and signal to the waitress about my food. She said it was almost up. Well the guy who pulled into the parking lot 10 minutes after I was out there on the phone, gets his food and was eating already and I still haven't gotten mine. I know that he didn't pre-order because this Waffle House NEVER answer the phone and he was at the bar sitting down eating his food. But when I get an attitude the waitress looks at me all funny and says that our order came up at the same time. I told her I ordered 10 minutes before he even pulled up. So basically the crew tonight with the exception of the other waitress, were sorry. And, she (the waitress) was there sitting with her, I assumed boyfriend who doesn't work there, instead of making sure her customer was taken care of.”

“As always, Hardee's has great biscuits! The staff was friendly. The coffee is good. The location is convenient. It's at the intersection of Highway 31 and Gulf Shores Parkway. Hardee's has the best rating of the fast-food breakfast stops in Bay Minette, Alabama. I enjoyed the steak biscuit.”

“We got supper sonic double cheese burgers with ketchup mayonnaise and mustard only. They literally had it running out all in the paper that they wrapped it in. Every bite u took made a mess. Had to try to dip the tater tots in it to soak some of it up. Bit the tater tots were cold and fried to hard. Will probably go back, but only because BayMinette doesn't have much to offer”

“We did an online order for pick up for a 6 pc wing combo and a kids meal on 5/28/26. When we arrived the employee informed me they no longer offer the applesauce nor the box juice anymore and haven't for quite some time. They offered replacement options which were great. We happily accepted a small lemonade and an apple pie. We interacted with a drive thru employee as well as another gentleman that appeared to be a manger. Both employees were so nice, friendly, helpful, and respectful. That interaction alone makes me look forward to visiting again. Our order was correct and the service was delightful.”

And although other customers in line were complaining about the time that they have been waiting, I acknowledge the fact that they were understaffed, these people were doing their best with what they had, and I just wanna say that they did a great job, and I am very well pleased with each and every staff member. That worked at McDonald's on June 10th”
