Burger King is a popular spot for many, though some customers have experienced issues with online orders and food quality, such as limp and soggy fries. Despite this, the staff, especially the morning and afternoon managers, are often praised for their excellent service and for making sure orders are correct. The drive-thru can sometimes be slow, but friendly staff and good food keep customers coming back. Recently, a cashier received high praise for their kind and attentive service, and one customer noted that the service was great and their order was correct. However, there have been some complaints, such as missing items like a pie and a dipping sauce, and occasional order mistakes when asked to wait at the door. Overall, the restaurant remains a frequent choice for many due to the friendly staff and quality food.
