My order was cancelled, i wasn’t notified until i got a message saying my order was ready, went to the store and she said oh it was cancelled because we are closed. First of all order was placed before you closed so why wasn’t it honored, why wasn’t i notified so i could find something else?, POOR SERVICE ! I was ordering regularly but i think i’ll not order again!!
If u order through door dash .. good luck cause every time I am short on food I paid for.. if u place a order for family don’t expect to get ur full order.. unless u go pick it up !
Placed an online order and the app said it was ready. Got there and half the order wasn’t ready. The boneless wings had almost no sauce and the Cinnabons had no cream cheese topping. Terrible service all around.
