There was no carbonation in any of the drink brands also the amount of flies in the restaurant was crazy but 10/10 I know my son will get a job there because I know now they don't drug test

The wait for the food was almost 25 minutes for a sandwich, fries, red beans and rice, and fried pickles.
Fried pickles were soggy and cold but tasted okay.
The red beans and rice were ice cold and taste like burnt cardboard and plastic
My friends are hard as a rock and cold
And my sandwich was disgusting and made me sick.

The employees for very rude . So it’s Christmas Eve and we online ordered at 3:06pm for a 3:06-3:15 pick up . We arrive at 3:15 and they inform us they close at 4 they don’t have any fries or Mac and cheese ( still open for 45 mins ) but that was fine give me mashed potatoes and my 6 sandwiches. Oh I had asked for cocktail sauce and they said why do you need cocktail sauce ! Get home and all 6 of my sandwiches are drenched in sauce so bad that we couldn’t eat them ! Mayo so thick , jabenero sauce dripping on both sides , absolutely ridiculous. All because we ordered for pick up 45 mins before they closed and they were mad they had to do there

at approximately 2 pm today I went to the drive-thru, I was asked to wait a moment, several cars came and went from behind me because of the wait, after a little over 5 minutes the employee came back on, I attempted to order a 5 piece mild chicken finger meal and was tlad that they only had spicy left, I decided to go in and speak to the "manager", she informed me that they had some but they were frozen, and when I asked why weren't any cooking I was given a bunch of excuses, I just turned and left without asking about my wait time especially since they weren't busy, the manager was nice but very unprofessional looking with her minimum of 10 facial piercings

Chicken fingers were tiny! No dipping sauce was in the order, after asking us which one. No biscuit. One spoon for 2 of us to use with 2 cole slaw and red beans rice dishes. Had to pull up and wait. 2nd time being disappointed at this Sylacauga location. $29. Is a lot of money spent, to not be somewhat satisfied.

We were really looking forward to Popeyes chicken for the first time in a long time. First, we waited 27 minutes for our food after being told it would be a 15 minute wait. The girl that brought the food out asked if we had the 12 piece family bundle so we assumed we had a box with 12 pieces. Nope. Only 9 were in the box. What a disappointment!

Missing food from my order at 1213pm tried to contact them many of times still no answer
I see I'm not the only one that has the same issues. The girl taking our order through the drive thru kept repeating back something completely opposite of what we ordered. I ordered mashed potatoes with NO gravy because I hate the gravy there. We get around and they have 3 cars pulled up. We get our drinks. Pull over behind another car. They brought our food and tried to give it to another car. I knew it was ours because I heard her ask the lady. She took it back in when she said it wasn't hers. Then came back out. And low and freaking behold, the mashed potatoes that my husband repeated 3 times had gravy. No I didn't go in just because I don't think they would understand anything. Can y'all please hire some folks that are competent?

Been several months since I ate there and decided to give another try today. Cashier kept asking me what I wanted then walked off as I was telling her. Did the same to the couple in front of me. When I finally got her attention they were out of chicken at 11:30 on a Friday. Walked out to Bojangles and the experience there was first class. They even had chicken. I love Popeyes but the Sylacauga branch has issues with staff. If I owned it I would want someone to tell me.

Throw the entire store away! Drive-thru order, cook in the back screaming 15min on chicken ok that is fine. Ok pull up $11.70 two piece dark. Order placed 839pm. They pull me up after paying for my food. Im waiting patiently. Employee comes out takes his shirt off stretches for a good 3min puts his shirt back on, goes in sits down has himself a drink. Still waiting..... 20 min goes by I go in. Drive thru girl says mam you can't come in lobby is closed, fine but you give me my order or my money! Two girls is asking what he do with the two piece this lady been waiting for ever. Man in the back oh damn I aint drop the chicken. Lady comes from the back omg are you serious man I am so embarrassed. Ma'am you wanna wait 12 min for your chicken? No I've waiting 23min now. Mind you the entire store looks awful every worker in the front just standing around on their phone. Mop water looks like it's been sitting for days. Food all on the table counters. They had 0 orders when I placed mine and still didn't have 1 order after mine. Finally the lady says you want a refund? YES REFUND ME! CAUSE I WILL NOT EVER STOP & WASTE MY HARD EARNED MONEY, FROM LOOKS OF THE INSIDE JUST THROW THE ENTIRE STORE AWAY! THE ENTIRE STORE! ITS AWFUL. SHOULD'VE ASHAMED. DO NOT GO THERE. YOU WILL BE UPSET.
