I did an online order only to drive up to the store and be told they don't have roast beef. I asked about a refund she told me to do it in app (rudely) but didn't know how. I finally figured out how but now all I get is a message saying the URL can't be found. It must be nice to just keep people's money. Irregardless of the final outcome I will not ever go back to this business. I have worked in customer service since I was a teenager and what seems to be lost on these extremely rude people are without those annoying customers bothering you on your job, you don't have a job.

BUT the Restaurant is very dirty: all the sitting areas were dirty , condiment counter filthy, flies flying around, no ice , we were sticking to the floor , every surface was yucky and as far as I could see in the back was dirty from floor to ceiling 😑

UNLESS the manager or owner is there, the big guy, your food will be old. French fries will set for hours, one time I got an Arby’s roast beef and the meat was so hard and ice cold because it sat uncovered back behind there. You could clearly see it. My husband went in there today. The french fries were ice cold tasted greasy ordered fish sandwiches immediately got put in the bag. They were sitting there for who knows how long somebody’s gonna get sick and somebody’s gonna end up suing them. If you would’ve saw the Arby’s on a Sunday when a manager is not there the meat how discolored it was and how gross just disgusting cause they just let it sit out they do it ahead and Who knows how long it’s been sitting but a long time to turn color! But when he is there, you get fresh stuff

I ordered the fish sandwich with curly fries. I asked for extra tartar sauce on my sandwich. Got home, opened the bun, and there was barely any tartar sauce on it. To make it even more disgusting, the fries tasted as if the grease hadn't been changed in quite a while. Just nasty.
