The Ruben and White Cheddar Mac was good, but I was really interested in the new steak bites. Those were worse than disappointing. They looked like they were left in the oven for a few days and were inedible. Very disappointing.

I did an online order only to drive up to the store and be told they don't have roast beef. I asked about a refund she told me to do it in app (rudely) but didn't know how. I finally figured out how but now all I get is a message saying the URL can't be found. It must be nice to just keep people's money. Irregardless of the final outcome I will not ever go back to this business. I have worked in customer service since I was a teenager and what seems to be lost on these extremely rude people are without those annoying customers bothering you on your job, you don't have a job.

Food is hit and miss. Girl that took our order was nice. BUT the Restaurant is very dirty: all the sitting areas were dirty , condiment counter filthy, flies flying around, no ice , we were sticking to the floor , every surface was yucky and as far as I could see in the back was dirty from floor to ceiling 😑
Very nice staff that work here. They are a blessing to all they come in contact with!

Sometimes I can be very biased just because I live in Talladega but this place right here has truly been the best restaurant I've been out here just do to the simple niceness and loving and caring of the people employees and customers thank you everyone at Arby's
