The Jack's in Talladega Alabama was something else. It appeared to be clean. But standing for nearly 10 minutes to be waited on, and I was the only one in line. Then the person who took my order had a mood like I had interrupted her day. Then I watched my burgers get made because the person who was supposed to bag the food was talking on her cell phone. I would have gave 5 stars if the employees just one of them acted like they were happy that I was there. They weren't...

Went in to get some breakfast and had the best experience. I ordered a breakfast burrito and Jada said to try it with jalapeño sauce bc that’s what she gets. Super kind and went out of her way to do that as well as had a smile on her face full of energy. Couldn’t have had a better experience bc of Jada!

Ordered 2 small fries, told to pull up, 10 minutes later after several people had already passed through we got our cold, wet, and greasy fries. I'll try again maybe it was an off day
