I did an online order and I've been in line at the drive through because they ha e the doors locked. Defeated the purpose of using online. On top of having attitude because we walking to the door expecting to grab our food and go

Never go to this place they charge you for sauces that they don’t even got, they didn’t give my ghost pepper wings and overall just sucky they take to long for not even fresh food. I guess thank you for your service Popeyes.

The lobby is NEVER open during lunch time. The manager is very quick to announce he’s working alone so the wait time is extremely long. As a management why hasn’t someone step in to ratify this issue. You mean to tell me for MONTHS no one has applied for employment? The drive thru need sweeping… etc. I actually blame district for this ongoing issue. At one point do yall plan to correct this issue? Closed the doors and bring Wendy’s back. They at least kept a full staff…

Was told at 6pm on a Friday, 5 hours before they close, they didn’t have boneless wings OR fried chicken and they would not be cooking more for the remainder of the night. This isn’t the first time. Always something with this place. Employees are just LAZY.

Continuously messes up my orders!!

Lobby never open. Can only go through drive thru to order. Can barely understand staff through speaker. I have to get staff to repeat statements. Staff member cuts speaker off while I give order. Have to finish order at window. There is always a wait on food. Always out of Mac-n-cheese, with a 10 minute wait for them to prepare more. Always a wait for all white meat, again a 10-15 minute wait. Was asked by staff to take off Mac n cheese and do assorted meat. Why do I have to cancel my order because they cannot get their franchise together?

Every time I come here, their diner is always closed. Would be nice to put a sign saying diner closed. Going through the drive-through there’s always a 10 minute wait they never have variety. They’re supposed to have person at the drive-through wouldn’t let me finish explaining my order would always cut me off. I had to explain my order when I got to the window and they preferred telling me first to either cancel something rather than waiting even though I chose to wait a great location. It’s just too bad people don’t care I don’t really wanna work. Y’all should have an option for zero stars I’m not exaggerating.

*update 4/2/26 I was able to come into the establishment and Ms. Vanessa was very pleasant. The staff was clean and well groomed. The location was very clean, and my food was hot. Keep her because that young lady on the night shift doesn't like her job at all.
Thank you first shift crew or morning crew for changing my mind about this location.

This was my first time ordering from this Popeyes. I had it delivered to their local hospital. Everything that could go wrong with my order did. The best thing about the order was the delivery driver. My food was hard and Ice cold. No sauce for the garlic cheese bites. The bbq had BBQ sauce on the top. The fries and cheese bites were greasy and cold. The cheese bites were lumpy together. Tenders hard, and I didn't even try the biscuits. I had to call the store to even see what was going on with my food. It took over 45 minutes to get food from Battle to Stone. I'm not familiar with the area since I'm new to it. But I'm familiar with Popeyes where I'm from and they definitely don't have these problems. I wasted money and that driver's gas and time I won't try again here. The mgr on the phone was rude. You pick your job, it doesn't pick you.

When we arrived and tried to go inside and eat, the doors were locked. There were no signs that said drive through only.

This establishment has gone a rapid decline. For one the lobby is never over. And I believe they’re serving customers old chicken. If you’re expecting to go and grab something on your lunch break. You may want to reconsider this place you’ll be in the drive-thru line way past your lunch break, if you haven’t already drove away!
