Went there on my lunch break and had to wait outside they forgot to drop my food. But Robert straightened everything out and fixed everything. Robert is a very well spoken and a well mannered man. He was very sincere and helpful of the mess up. Popeyes if you’re reading this Robert deserves a raise!

I was trying to pick up food for delivery. It was nowhere near closing time, but the lobby was locked, and they were out of everything.

When though the drive thru don't know the guys name. But he needed to be awarded. He did a fantastic job. My order took a little longer and he let me know that. And made sure to let me know I had two bags. Sucks I didn't see his name too tag. All I can say is he is a bigger white guy.

We normally order our food to go but today we ate in the dining room. They were short staffed but didn't miss a beat. The employee Eric was not only taking our order but was the one that prepared our food. We received our food fast and hot. Eric was so friendly and personable and he needs a raise and more help.
Lobby was closed so we went through the drive-thru. Food was decent. Fries barely warm and they gave me cocktail sauce instead of honey mustard. But they made up for it by giving me 4 tenders instead of 3.
