Refused to give lite ice when they FILL THE CUP UP WITH ICE on the strawberry lemonade and it's 4 $ for one. Stop acting like it's costs you to put a little less ice !!! I'd like more than two sips for 4 bucks.

Lady that took my order was just rude, she used the wrong name and messed up my order. I ordered a plain double with a large fry and got a burger with everything on it, lame experience. Will not ever go again ❤️

Having no means of getting yourself a refill because the soda fountain is turned off is being a jerk to your staff and your customers, all to save a few cents. If you factor in the strain on staff, and the frustration from customers, you are likely losing money by having it sit there to taunt them both.

I used to like this Hardee but it hasn't been good in a long time. Today I tried the blueberry biscuits. They were hard cold and dry! They need to get with the folks in Wetumpka. That food is always amazing! So disappointed....again

The food and service are really good (for fast food) at the Tallassee location. They make a great effort to make sure everyone gets a freshly made meal, and I respect that.
The staff act like they are put out to have to do their job. I sat in the drive through line 15 minutes with no one else in line with no service. I had to call the store before I got someone to take my order. They acted as if the resented having to take time out to bother with my order. The food was poor and cold. The service is terrible.
