First time I've ever eaten at this cafe. I had to come to Tallassee today for something I was hungry for home-cooked food they had chicken and dumplings and I had fried green tomatoes a corn casserole and broccoli when I say the fried green tomatoes are the best I've had in 20 years oh my God they are delicious the tea is good everything is good the place is clean I wish I lived closer but I will be coming here and eating here at least once a week if not every other week
Best restaurant in tallassee they have great food a very nice staff and a clean environment the 1220 burger is huge and one of the best burgers I've had the club is another great sandwich the Ruben is perfect and don't forget the pasta salad if you're traveling through little old tallassee for some reason you should try 1220 you want be disappointed

I like the place. Sunday lunch is a bit of a gamble for seating. So be prepared for the crowd if you're doing an after church thing. Even so the service is quick polite and as helpful as possible. The food is great! Esp for being quick. Will definitely go back but probably on a weekday.
