No wonder they weren't busy... Y_web accepted my cash payment for the "PESTO" tavern pizza with a $5.10 tip and then proceeded to tell me it's without the pesto is that ok, it's not thawed out, mind you I ordered it a 7ish so all of 30 mins couldn't call me once??? I've worked in restaurants, I said okay just give me the pesto amount I'll do it it at home, no we have to drizzle it, mind you they don't close till 9 on today which is Thursday. Awful service, lazy employees, take pride in your job or don't work. The disappointment! I work hard for my money as should you pizza hut in Tallasee AL

First time ordering online. All staff was nice and food was AMAZING! Fresh and hot, will be ordering again. ❤️
I was looking for an old school, dine in Pizza Hut and this place filled the bill.The pizza was reminiscent of the early 90's and was perfectly cooked.The service was top notch as well.I'm disappointed in Pizza Hut overall, not this location, but as a business that chose to get rid of the salad bar, pizza bar and discouraging customers from venturing inside.Not a single customer inside but myself and those who were with me. Also disappointed we couldn't get any silverware. Bring back the old fashioned Pizza Hut.
Everything was prepared exactly as I ordered! Taste great and they understood the assignment! Great job Pizza Hut!

I would not recommend eating here. Their food is pretty disgusting! Our pizza tasted sour & had a nasty smell. The hospitality is some of the worst that I've ever encountered. If you have any customer complaints, management doesn't care. An apology was never given by them reguarding any disatisfaction.

This place never disappoints! You can always depend on the same nasty rude folks to make every effort to insult and call you names. I never go to this place however I was with a person that had called in a oder, well this awesome portly old fella announced that they forgot to make the order unfortunately it had been paid for in cash a refund was requested setting porky in action he slammed the window stating he had to figure out how to give our cash back we waited 20 minutes for him to ask others and call somebody how to give back our cash then to top it off he called us stupid! So if you want to see a collection of STUPIDITY just go to the Tallassee Pizza Hut you want be disappointed

Ordered over the phone, special "order one large get one large one topping free ". Ordered large pizza and told them for the free one pepperoni. Went to pick it up and they only gave me one pizza. Asked about the free pizza the lady said that I didn't order the free one. Now who would not take the free pizza.

Do not order delivery. 2 hour wait on 2 pizzas and breadsticks. I live 7 minutes away. Wouldve been faster to get it myself.
