45 min wait for chicken an still waiting

The staff was friendly but left off all 8 biscuits and gave zero condiments though we requested them.

I got a 3 tender meal spicy. They gave me 2 tenders and what looked like chicken nuggets almost for the 3rd. Fine but one had a bone in it that cut my mouth and I am actually glad because who knows what would have happened if I had swallowed that.

Anyways, the employee who did it knew what they were doing and it was malicious. They just don’t care about anyone and people should be fired.

Set in drive thru 15 to 20 minutes before my order got taken an then they didn't have any white meat chicken and the only side they had was mash potatoes and gravy, I ask for a diet coke and they didn't have any diet drinks, ask for half sweet tea an half unsweetened they had the tea. I ordered it an payed for it an didn't even get it an after ordering it an paying for my order I set there another 45 minutes waiting on my food

This location does not have friendly staff.
They lock there doors at 7:30pm with no sign on the door to tell the public that the lobby is closed. They expect the public to knock on the door if you want to come in and give them your business.they will watch you walk around from door to door instead of telling you that the lobby is closed.And when you drive a tow truck and towing a car can’t fit your vehicle thru the drive thru and when I called the place to get corporate number she would not give it to me she was not professional at all she had no concern if I contacted corporate she said corporate wouldn’t do anything.

When you pay almost $80 for RAW chicken! Seriously?? If I was able to take it back I absolutely would! I hope nobody in the house gets sick! Completely wasted $80! I will never order from here again!

Stood in line 20 minutes to order and never got waited on.

Been sitting her for over 10 minutes waiting on my wings. Ordered at 7:34 is now 7:46. No update, no other vehicles in the line, no customers in the lobby.... It seems like a management failure to me.

Everything is the best here. Great great service , these ladies are so professional and the food is always on point. They had everything I needed without me asking

Ordered Online for lunch but when I arrived the dining room was closed. Got in the drive thru line and after a bit made my way to the speaker… either it was broken or nobody was answering it. I had already paid online so I waited in line to move on the window.

After being completely ignored at window for a few minutes I told the lady about my order… she responded please pull forward. This really wasn’t possible, two cars parked in front of me two beside me, all waiting for orders. Complete chaos. By this point it had already been 30 minutes since I had ordered.

After another five minutes my food was brought out. Examined my order and found that the three piece white I had ordered AND PAID FOR was all dark meat. I briefly thought about working my back to the window but figured I was lucky to get anything for my money. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT and I highly recommend you avoid it too.

Also note that the parking is basically one giant pot hole with red mud so I recommend a four wheel drive truck or jeep to get near this restaurant.

Speaker was broken but good customer service and the wait was worth the fresh chicken!
WARNING!!! THE PARKING LOT IS HORRIBLE! POTHOLES SO DEEP AND BIG YOU NEED A 4 WHEEL DRIVE TO GETCHA SELF OUT IF YOU GET STUCK. LBVS🤣
