The chicken did not have now taste no spices on it and and it was fried too long I ended up throwing mine in the trash after we get home and could not eat it. But they do have real good tea just needed to add more ice

Placed an order online through google and they are out of everything I ordered. Google says call the store for cancellation but they stated the only way to do it is online when google clearly states to call them to cancel. I’m Basically paying for food I don’t even won’t due to the fact there is no way for me to get my money back. Terrible customer service and uneducated workers.

First time having church’s chicken and the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and polite no complaints just a lot of prays for this
Horrible attitude from the employees. Worst people I’ve ever encountered, especially the lady with the hair on her chin. She had the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Carolyn was the only decent one. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last place to eat on earth. Trashy employees.

We didn't eat here because the employees were rude. The place was dirty. They were rude to customers in line. A gentleman had ordered on line and was still waiting for his food. When we got tired of listening to the employee belittling the customer. Not even 1 of the employees acknowledged that we were there. So we left and went to KFC.

ordered 12 piece chicken with 2 large sides and extra small cole slaw , waited for an 1.5 hrs to receive food had to walk inside and people were rude . They were busy helping everyone else . Then got home and one of the large sides we did not receive . I will NEVER go back there.
