I went in 2020 and the food was great, maybe because the owner was there. Today, it was a different story. It was terrible and disappointing. My husband ordered to go, I got the conecuh dog and they barely added any peppers and onions. The conecuh was dry. My husband got the Philly cheesesteak, it was meh. I wouldn't go back.

I was so excited to try this original Philly I heard so much about and the pictures online look amazing. I was really disappointed when I got home and my Philly was mostly bread as you can see it doesn’t look like the other pictures of their phillys. Now it did taste good but for the price I and it’s mostly bread I won’t purchase again.

I have been coming here about 15 years and this is the worst I have been treated. I asked if they had a smaller chicken combo and they said they had the three. I said okay, I will have one three, then pointed to the five piece combo, and said I will also have the five piece. No correction on the amount of pieces, nothing! Then, I get my combo after about 15 minutes, longest it has ever taken, to find I only have four chicken pieces. I bring it up to two people, one is just like it changed, it is four, the other blamed it on the grand daughter for miss printing the menu. Honestly, it doesn't matter who was suppose to do what. I stated I wanted a five piece, no correction, they allowed me to pay, then not fix their mistake. Why would I pay $4 more, for not even an actual full strip! It is about an inch wide and maybe an inch an a half long, $4!! I would have gone with the three piece for that price! I also have pictures of my meal and menu. I even tipped right after paying for my food!! They didn't deserve anything.

First, the customer service is astounding. I would come back just to enjoy the experience of being around the gentleman at the front. The building is a little outdated, but they have ample amount of seating inside. The cheesesteak didn’t have much meat, but the flavor was exceptional. Pricing is very reasonable. A good place for a Philly cheesesteak

Food was mediocre at best. The fries being hot and fresh were the best thing. The same can not be said about their sandwiches. The Philly was awful. What little meat that was in there was over cooked, unseasoned and dry. Bread was old and stale. Very disappointed. Especially since everyone else offers up so much praise on how great the phillys are here. Literally the worst Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had.

I really hate to give this review since I enjoy there food . But for proabl6 the last year I have ordered 2 fully load cheese steaks and every time but one I got both sandwiches with the same amount of meat . I weighed them and everything ! Not to mention tonight they were extremely light on the meat and I paid for one double meat again . The only time I got my sandwich correct is when I ordered from the owners daughter and told her beforehand of this issue I have had in the past . Someone's needs to step up and fix this. I pay for extra meat because I don't think enough meat comes on the sandwich to start with . But I don't mind paying extra if I actually get double meat . I will upload pics on a scale .
