Five Guys at 5319 US 90. Music way too loud. Cashier with long hair very rude .tables were nasty , she got an attitude when i asked for napkins, you have to wipe table off that was covered in crumbs. Bacon cheese burgers were so greasy that the buns were dripping grease. The soda machine was horrible.. Wanted dr pepper and it came out clear so tried mellow yellow and it tasted like it had been watered down. When we attempted to let staff know about the issues they did not care. I wont even get started on the price. Do not eat at this five guys location. Cant even give it a 1 star. Will have to give a star for the parking lot bc it was empty and that should have told us something. It was cleaner than the restaraunt .

This place was amazing once. Now the music is so loud you can't hear yourself think. They over salt and burn the fries most of the time and the burgers are just ok. Then they want a 20% tip for their trouble. This place is garbage.

This was my first time trying Five Guy's, and it was the best hamburger I've eaten in town!! The employees were very friendly and attentive to my special order. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in the area... definitely give it a try...?

Prices are astronomical. Expect to pay around $35-$40 a person if you are buying a full meal.. the food is great, but you'll have to have a loan to pay for it. I didn't purchase anything once I saw the price of the fries.. almost $9 for fries, $13.00 for a burger, and nearly $7 for a drink not including tax. The burgers are great, just overall over priced.

Bad burger. The lettuce was brown and wilted, the bun was stale, and the meat was over cooked. The staff was friendly.

When you use the smaller burger bun and still charge the higher price for the 10+ buger, you lose customers. Dont use the cheaper burger bun and make a two patty burger as big as your small burger. Epic

Burger was very good but $11? May be too much.Small fries are $7,They have joined the $3 for a cup of soft drink that costs less than 50 cents to make.$20 for all is a bit much.Food good but too pricey and will not return.

Generally speaking I really live 5 Guys Burgers and there was not an exception here. But it certainly was by far not the best 5 Guys I've had recently. Small staff at the time of our arrival, 2 men only. But they were quick and courteous. One seemed very inexperienced, which may have resulted in the portions of food being a bit off. The topping ratios were all wacky, too much of this, and barely any of that. The burgers were still well cooked and yummy as expected. We were served an enormous amount of fries (yay!) But they were so salty and over cooked, we couldn't eat them (awww).
