I was so disappointed this morning. We usually just love coming to this Hardee’s. I had gotten a cinnamon roll and we have some places to go run errands around town. We thought this would be great to have a cinnamon roll and, so we open up the cinnamon roll and it’s cold as a wedge of cheese. And the icing is all cold up on top and . I am so disappointed the picture showed it all melted and hot and well there you go. We had gotten the smoked sausage biscuit and the picture shows it comes with egg and cheese and there weren’t no egg and cheese on it. We’ve gotten it before many times it always got sausage, egg, and cheese on it. Anyway, we’re not sure if this is just a new normal for Hardee’s. We’re not sure if we’re going back to this one.

I have always been greeted with a smile and good morning. I get the sausage and gravy biscuits in the egg and sausage biscuit hash brown and it is always really delicious ! I absolutely love this location and it's the only one that I will go to... And they have the best sausage gravy in the world ! Matter of fact I think I'm going to get dressed and be over there by 4:00 and get me some this morning The last time I was there if they had a two for $550 I could get no several items on the menu and I got the sausage egg biscuit and I got the sausage gravy biscuit all for $5.50 that's a good deal . Today I think I will get two sausage and gravy biscuits and bring it home. Hardee's keep putting out the good food and the biscuit and gravy !!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Literally the worst customer service and worst food I’ve had in a long time. This place is terrible. Had to get a refund bc the toaster is apparently broken. Was never greeted and was ignored on the speaker. Crazy! Won’t be back and won’t recommend
