If I could give this store a 0 star I would this is by far the rudest nastiest location in mobile. To get call slow and dumb because I asked for a sauce that came with my meal is disrespectful and horrible customer service and for it to come from the general manager is even worse I hope they fire her!

An absolutely atrocious experience went into the store to not one, but all four of their employees so high out of their mind on God knows what they were not working when I asked for my order to be took. They all got upset and angry, absolute worst customer service atmosphere and food service I’ve ever gotten in my life. QUIT METHING AROUND LITTLE CARSARS!!!!

Horrible experience. The little black guy at the window told us to wait for our pizza so we were sitting in front of the restaurant after paying and he literally gave our pizza to someone else and made us wait even longer on another one. Terrible little ceasers location and if I were you I would skip this place altogether and goto the one a bit further down the road.

We pulled into the drive through and ordered a pizza and a cheese bread. They said they had the cheese bread and had to make the pizza. We paid for the items and then ran next door to grab something from the store and came right back within five minutes to find out that the POS sold out already paid for cheese bread to someone else in the five minutes while we were gone. Super Trashy Vibes for sure. Will make the extra five minute drive in the future for a better Little Ceasers in the future. Very Trashy Energy here.

This young black boy gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced, we had a nice short conversation about his high school his name was like Lavante he was so bubbly and kind with amazing leadership skills. I don't think I've ever seen someone so hard working while multi tasking. He needs a raise.

I placed an online order for a pizza. Any other Little Caesars I’ve ever placed an online order for I’ve been able to go through the drive thru and get it. I waited in line for over 10 minutes and when I pulled up to the window I stated I had a pick up order and gave him my name. He looks around for a minute and comes back and says “It’s in the case you can come in the lobby and get it” and walks away out of sight. I said excuse me and he still didn’t come back. At this point I’m getting pretty frustrated because there is no one else in the drive thru or in the lobby and he can’t take 4 steps to grab my pizza and hand it to me, I also have a toddler in the vehicle which is why I went through the drive thru. He clearly has better things to do than wait on a customer. I called out can I just get a refund because I have a toddler in the car.. he finally comes back over after that grabs my pizza and shoves it in my hand without saying a word. I don’t expect stellar customer service from a pizza place, but I do expect to be treated like a human. I would rate this place -1000000 if I could. Words can’t even describe how rude this employee was to me!

The OVERALL service sucked!! The lady working the drive-thru was RUDE and unprofessional with an attitude towards me and her coworkers. In all honesty, I don't think ANYONE wanted to work or make food. They just all rolled their eyes and gave attitude. I had to just leave this specific location and find another.

We got the personal deep dish with pepperoni and a half pepperoni half cheese pizza with extra cheese. The deep dish crust was disgusting! It was raw dough except for the outer layer and had enough sauce for 3 of those pizzas. The other pizza not only didn't have extra cheese, parts of it had no cheese at all.

Workers there are usually rude and act like they absolutely hate their job. When we get our pizza it’s cut all kinds of crazy ways, LOADED with sauce, and cold half the time. I have to customize my pizza everytime and tell them to put less sauce because if I don’t it’s absolutely TERRIBLE!! And the “customized” pizza cost more.
