The OVERALL service sucked!! The lady working the drive-thru was RUDE and unprofessional with an attitude towards me and her coworkers. In all honesty, I don't think ANYONE wanted to work or make food. They just all rolled their eyes and gave attitude. I had to just leave this specific location and find another.

We got the personal deep dish with pepperoni and a half pepperoni half cheese pizza with extra cheese. The deep dish crust was disgusting! It was raw dough except for the outer layer and had enough sauce for 3 of those pizzas. The other pizza not only didn't have extra cheese, parts of it had no cheese at all.

Workers there are usually rude and act like they absolutely hate their job. When we get our pizza it’s cut all kinds of crazy ways, LOADED with sauce, and cold half the time. I have to customize my pizza everytime and tell them to put less sauce because if I don’t it’s absolutely TERRIBLE!! And the “customized” pizza cost more.

Unreasonable and rude. I placed an order for a pepperoni pizza, puffs and chicken wings at this location by mistake. I immediately called and explained and asked for a refund. The girl was rude and refused. Obviously she will eat the food herself or sell it on the side since it's paid. Even if they were already cooking people drive thru constantly and ask for what's already cooked and the food could have easily been sold. Shame on you!

They always seem to have one hot-n-ready pepperoni left when I arrived at the drive thru ... Which is, of course, awesome!
Pulled up to the window and sat for 5 min because no one would attend and when I went inside I was greeted with nothing but attitude by the employee and had to wait 30 minutes for 1 pizza when there was 2 other ppl there. 1/10 service

I’ve been here twice, both times have been denied service due to them being “closed”, during open hours. People have come after us to get pizza, but I get told they’re closed? I’ve never been prior to these poor experiences, so I don’t understand the refusal of service.
