Past two times I’ve ordered pizzas they seemed to be an hour or so old. Location also has a homeless/drug problem. Have had people walk up to the car at night asking for money and pizza in the drive thru line. A year ago the food was wayyyy

Put in order for pick up. 30 minutes later still having to wait for them to make it. Its always been like this at this store. They do not care about your orders and yes you will have to wait for it when you get there even though you put it in with plenty of time and it being paid for.

Per: Hwy. 90/Theodore locationI gave 4 stars on "Service" because when ordering through the app and checking "Track Order," they update the information to a point and stop. So if you are tracking your order, there is no indication that your order is ready for pickup or not. Only thing you can do is call or check with them either in-store or through the drive-thru. This has occurred each time I have visited this location. Other than that, I have no complaints. I haven't walked into the location yet, so I cannot comment about the cleanliness or condition of the establishment.

The pizza was good but two times in a row, we tried calling in our order and the recording said they were not taking orders by phone. I addressed this with them both times and they said they didn't hear the phone ring. It is inconvenient to order the pizza in person and wait 20 minutes for the pizza to be ready when we get just thirty minutes for lunch.

The pizza looked like it came straight from the sewer...meaning it was made by ninja turtles and it was amazing!! Lots of pepperoni and extraordinary amount of pepperoni 10/10
